Atlanta can’t win without Hunter and his wing defense. Ben did a great job on Trae whose stats felt empty again.

Atlanta is missing the length of Hunter and Reddish. Gallinari is getting eaten up on the perimeter by Ben. Philly is getting to the rack with ease.

Atlanta did miss like 5-6 open threes that would've changed outcome of game. They're going to need Bogdanovic and Huerter to step it up if they are going to have a chance.

I think Furkan starts G4 in place of Green. You don't want Matisse getting in foul trouble early. You want Hill to off the bench. Milton is a possibility. But at least we have the wing depth that missing Green for the rest of this series isn't a huge concern.

I hope Atlanta doesn’t come back. I know they can get hot. They probably win one more. But if the 76ers can stay relatively healthy, they beat the Hawks in 6 games, I think.

Danny is expected to be out 2-3 weeks with a calf strain. That's likely to take him out of the ECF, if 76ers advance past Atlanta.

While his veteran savvy, quality perimeter defense, intangibles, I like our depth with Furkan, Matisse, and Shake and we should still manage

Have calf strains always been a 2-3 weeks type of injury or do teams take extra precautions after the KD issue in GS?

Harden out for Game 4 but Jeff Green is listed as questionable for tomorrow.

The Brooklyn Nets security guard who went onto the basketball court to break up an altercation between Nets forward Kevin Durant and Milwaukee Bucks forward P.J. Tucker will have decreased duties for the remainder of the Eastern Conference second-round playoff series.

Setting my fandom aside, I feel like Brooklyn got off light. They should have been forced to forfeit the series IMO.

Bucks are now down to 24% on open/wide open 3's so far in this series (excluding Giannis, though he's been shooting about as well as anyone else). Brooklyn is at 40% on those same shots.

The Middleton/Jrue combo is now 9/27 on open/wide open 3's, thanks to Middleton going 3/6 in Game 3. They're also 4/17 on open/wide open mid-rangers (they were 1/11 through the first two games).

Everyone on the team is due for a good shooting game (right? RIGHT?)

Lakers too, that's how we kept ourselves up saying there's no way we can keep shooting this bad...yet nothing changed.

They shot that bad all year though lol.

I understand doubling down on KCP after being probably the 3rd most consistent guy on the roster last year. But I don’t think they can go into this next season planning on KCP of all people as being guy number 3 as far as half court offense goes. He’s had his moments, and he plays hard on defense, but that would be like New York planning on making a better playoff run next year with Reggie Bullock being their best bet for a consistent 3rd option.

As valuable as he has been for them at times he’s hardly a league average player. Would be best served going back to that 6/7 man role he had for them last year, and in most playoff series is going to be the “worst” starter on the floor for either team. Obviously he’s valuable next to Bron and AD given he defends and hits shots, but he’s never going to really make a play for you. Guys like THJ and DFS for Dallas are so much better players, as an example.

Doesn’t help that Schroder can’t shoot either, and it seems his offensive value is largely dependent on huge volume as well.. I understand Rob and Frank doubling down on all defensive pieces. But it’s not like the Lakers have Duncan Robinson and JJ Redick on the roster to help balance that out. They gotta get creative this off-season or next year will be an ugly grind even with a healthy LeBron and AD.

Might be a strange question but what’s with Giannis and the shooter sleeve? Never saw him using one of them before this postseason.

Just saw that he hurt his elbow against Miami. All good.
