I missed the game, unfortunately. Everytime we're on national TV, I'm @ work or something. It sucks!

Well, we lost. I really dont know how we played or anything, so if any of my fellow Suns fans wanna give me a breakdown, I'm all ears (or eyes, since we're on the 'net)

I saw an interesting stat on the Suns while I was watching the game on TNT. I don't remember what they were exactly, and maybe someone could help me out. Basically what it said was that the Suns were last in giving up PPG, last in Offensive boards, last in a bunch of other stats that related to defense.

I have high hopes for the Suns cause they're so damn fun to watch, but they need to play some D.

Even Dallas is playing better D this year. I wonder if it's Nash that made them so bad all those years in Dallas. Hmmmmmm. . .???

Lets just say Nash is great on the offensive end of the court. Dallas changed their entire defensive philosophy this year because they have PG's who can now pickup full court at times to force teams into a quicker shot clock and also create backcourt defensive pressure. They couldn't do that with Nash because he wears down late in games as evidenced last night.

Dallas has improved in every major defensive category this year but the most important stat is their 18-7 road record which is a direct result of their improved defense as Doug Collins stated. They were 16-25 overall on the road last year because they couldn't get defensive stops when it counted not the case this year as they have the best road record in the NBA.

DING, DING, DING! We have a winner! I said this a while back and I was called bitter because we let him get away when in fact, he was the major problem with the perimeter defense. Bibby torches him, Parker torches him, Cassell torches him, every good PG that can penetrate torches Nash. When those guys get into the lane that causes the big guys to get caught up with tic tac fouls. Terry and Harris are by no means world beaters defensively but they are waaaaaaay better than Nash at keeping their guys out of the lane. I like Steve Nash but i've always said, the Mavs were better off without him.

yeah i was there too...i was actually was a couple rows behind Cuban. I never really known how much Cuban gets into the game, does he do this every game? it was pretty annoying on how much he yelled but it was cool to be by the bench. Too bad suns didn't get this one, but what are you suppose to do when finley's on fire.

hell yea, Fin was on fire. It's good, because Dirk didnt score as much as he usually does and Stack, Daniels, and Damp were out. They really needed Mike Fin to show up and show up he did.

and i didnt realize how good Q Richardson is. Man, he was scoring all over the court.
