So has it been confirmed or is the league looking into it or it just a Twitter thing?

Because if it’s the former and they’re still letting him practice while looking into it, I’m not sure that’s a good look.

Because I think as of right now. It's only the leaked photos and video. That's the only information out there. NBA isn't going to react unless it has hard facts.

Giddey had an interview this afternoon where he says he had no comment on the matter.

So who knows.

I wish I could comment more on this. Hopefully facts come out.

There's dumb and then there's really f'n stupid, and this is the latter. From what I've read the girl is/was a HS junior so its not a Malone pedo type thing. Giddey if you are attracted to a HS junior you will be attracted to a 20/21 yr old college girl so wtf are you doing??

The age of consent is 16 in Oklahoma. So if its confirmed my guess would be that they are looking into whether or not their "relationship" crossed state lines.
