Ehhhhh according to the story from the Post about this happening 2 years ago. It's said Giddy believed she was 18 at the time of the video and after realizing she wasn't 18 the next day, he broke off the relationship. The problem becomes if that's the case and that was in 2021, then what was going on that he was pulled over twice in Newport Beach California in July of 2022. He got ticketed on July 17 and 21. The Thunder played the Warriors on July 15th in the Vegas Summer League that year. Now granted none of that means he was there to see her, but I don't think we can go to this entire thing looks like BS quite yet.

Also y'all seriously didn't know what a teenager looked like when you were teenagers? That's wild to me lol

And let’s be real here, if you were 18 and couldn’t tell the difference between a 13-17 y/o, that says more about you. Because as a HSer, you can definitely see the difference lol

It sounds like she would of been 14-15. But still. That doesn't change anything for me. We're talking about teenagers. I remember guys waaaaaaaay older dating girls in my class freshmen and Sophomore year of HS.

No way. In a club environment with 18 and up requirement. No way your sitting there going na she looks too young. Make up and clothing changes a lot. Just looking at some of her stuff online. In a heavy sexy environment like a club. Her age could definitely fall by the waste side. Not mention alcohol's usually served at these places.

I know one thing Josh Giddey has definitely learned his lesson.

And let’s be real here, if you were 18 and couldn’t tell the difference between a 13-17 y/o, that says more about you and you shouldn’t share anymore beyond that lol. Because as a HSer, you can definitely see the difference lol. Just like when you were in MS, you could tell the difference between a 12th grader and a 8th grader.

19 and 15 is what I saw.

Ahhhh hell yeah I didn't know. I was with a girl I thought was 18-21. The next week I found out she was 28.

I definitely changed my prospective after that.

I even remember a dude in my senior class who was on the older side (dude had a car, credit card, and bills). He went to senior prom with a sophomore. No she was older than 16.

It happens. Like OJ said. Is Josh a 30 year old at under 18 clubs looking for young prey?

No, what I’m saying is it’s not uncommon for a 16 year old person male or female to look 18 years old. We all know kids who looked older. You’re flat lying for the sake of this argument if you’re saying you didn’t. We had a kid move in back in 8th grade with a better beard than I had at 30[emoji23].

Epically girls now. With the fake lashes, fake lips, fake makeup. Idk why that’s a stretch. I’m not trying to justify it, but that’s the easiest part of all this to actually understand. She been faking her way into the club, but all of a sudden it’s not believable for Josh to fall for it?

This part seems fishy to me a little bit too.. why even go out of the way to claim he broke it off “the next day”.. feels too specific? Maybe not, but could have easily just said he hooked up with her that night and that was that.

If he kept seeing her still thinking she was of age maybe it’s not as bad, but knowing she’s in HS.. that’s not good. Of course if it was more then the one time I’d think we would have a lot more “leaks”. But who knows.

Supposedly this all came from some random 3rd party basically trying to blackmail him.. wild.

Not all places are strict or very good at holding up their age rules. I drank for about six months before I turned 21 sneaking in with my older friends from work every Thursday. One of my boys that was a year younger than me started sneaking in with us when he turned 20 and once they saw his face enough he could just walk right in whether someone was working the entrance or not. Did that the entire year until he was 21. One place we went to occasionally this girl that worked with us was legit 17 and her and friends basically lived in this one place. To this day I don't know how they ever got in the first time cause she looks like a little kid right now so you know she did then too.

Also feels like the club owners might be in some **** with all this too.. I’m assuming it was an 18+ club and not 21+, but it also appears they were leaving ****ed up.. so they were drinking at the club. If they get charged with serving drinks to minors, and letting in minors that lead to accusations of statutory rape charges what type of ****storm is coming their way?

Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying it's impossible to look older. I've seen some that have definitely had me confused before. But the girl in question in this circumstance? Is NOT one of those people. I was more speaking to jeebs talking like being a teenager meant you couldn't tell another teenager trying to look older. Like, nah there's some that definitely look and act waaayyyy more mature than their age, but for the most part when I was out in the clubs and bars back in the day, I could spot the high school girls fairly easily.

Until this day I still remember I was a sophomore starting on the first team defense with the Sr's it was the first time I heard the saying "after 12 is"

No it doesn't, we're talking about "teenagers". In some schools they would be eating lunch and going to the same damn classes. Which means they would be at the same parties and after school events.

They are older kids in HS. That SR team I was talking about had a bunch of guys who were older. I'm talking 18 and up. Until this day I don't know how it was possible. I couldn't be the only person who had older people in HS.

We're talking about Josh Giddey who is ultra young. He probably didn't go to high school here either.

Have y'all seen this girl by the way? Even my wife is like. Yeah someone would definitely make that mistake. Especially when you compare her to her friend in the same photos.
