there was alot of NBA media folks/NBA twitter doing the same thing it was really odd.

the reporting of this before the video came out was wild. Klutch trying to control the narrative. ie the Haynes tweet.

Klutch actually planned all this from the beginning. The punch, The recording and the leak in an effort to get Draymond to LA

          They outed Udoka as well

Yeah when I heard about this I was like so its a practice scuffle, who cares?
But seeing the video...that wasn't a practice scuffle. There was some malice behind that punch.

Wish I knew what was said that led up to that. That was a "you slept with my girl" kind of punch but prior to that it just looked like normal practice talking crap and posturing.

            Definitely escalated quickly

I found it funny that Poole put hands on Dray and essentially launched himself backward, and in that moment he had to be like "oh ****", and he caught it a second later. It's also like Sparty on Wolverine crime and Jordan was trying to channel his inner Juwan, and it wasn't there.

Juwan vs Draymond, though, that would be something (with Beilein in the corner calling everyone slugs)

I can't get behind the "if you put your hands on someone be ready to be punched" thing that some people are on. First that's a teammate. But second that was a defensive shove. Dray got right up on him and that was a get off me shove.

I don't see how anyone other than Momma Dray could see that video and think anything other than Dray instigated and escalated it.

It's hilarious how some people are trying to shift the blame from Draymond onto whoever leaked the video lmfao

I'm kind of lost on the idea that Poole should have been ready for the punch as well. I'd understand if it was some random dude at the gym. Maybe. But this is his teammate and apparently they jaw back and forth a lot. I'd be surprised if this was the first time Draymond got in Poole's face.

Yeah, think of how many times we see a shove in sports when someone gets too close and it doesn't lead to trying to send the guy to the netherealm.

At least be ready to get "pushed back." Dray was the instigator. He started it and finished it. But at least make it hard for him.

I guess it used to be a "hood thang" or a "poor side of the tracks thing." But now you gotta teach little kids in upscale neighborhoods how to defend themselves. It's always been a rough world. but now it's getting rougher and the social media ain't helping.

What? This wasn't a schoolyard fight. What point are you even trying to make here, that grown men playing professional sports should treat a practice court as a boxing ring and "protect themselves at all times?"
