Duncan's performance in the 3rd period was the turnstile. I can't believe I just used turnstile in a sentence.

Congrats as well. SA made the big plays, the Pistons didn't. Thanks for a great year Pistons. Let's do it again next year.

Rip Hamilton lost that game for them down the stretch, and Billups didn't really try to win it for them. I can't believe Detroit fell apart like that.

I think it was more so the Spurs playing and showing why they are the #1 ranked defensive team. Hats off to them.

Riip was taking some really bad 1 on 1 shots. Instead of runnnig around screens, he was catching and shooting with tight defense on him like he's Kobe.

I think Manu and Duncan should have been co-mvp's, but whatever works, spurs won!!!!!!!1

....*sigh* The title defense is over, the belts have been relinquished. I tell ya, it's really going to hurt watching the Pistons next year and not hearing them called "defending champs".

I've got so much going through my head right now...

Congratulations San Antonio, you proved who was better after 6 games and 3 quarters solved nothing. Well done.

                          Maybe next year.

Has nobody mentioned the extremely solid play of Brent Barry during this game? While his numbers don't jump out at you, he fit into the offense perfectly during this game, and set players up on multiple occasions. It was a rough season for #17, but he really showed his worth during this game.

I agree, Brent made a lot of key plays throughout the series and hasn't gotten any credit for it.
