Ballsy that Stephen Curry is saying that he wants to be a Knick first. Can't pick him 8th though. Too high.

Agreed 100%, though Alan Hahn thinks a July sign-n-trade with David Lee and our #8 pick for Rubio or Curry might be the most realistic thing than simply trading up tonight."You make your name in the regular season, and your fame in the postseason." - Clyde Frazier

Re: 2008-2009 New York Knicks
Toney Douglas @ 29 is a solid pick. Looks like Nate is a goner...
Let's see:
Hill (Might be bait in a trade for Rubio)
Q for Darko
Get Toney Douglas with trade with Lakers..
Not a bad draft by Donnie IMOComment

What's the scouting report on Douglas?Originally posted by Jay BilasThe question isn't whether UConn belongs with the elites, but over the last 20 years, whether the rest of the college basketball elite belongs with UConnComment

Re: 2008-2009 New York Knicks
I just like that he's Harry Douglas' brother. Hilarious name.
He's an undersized 2-guard basically, not really a point guard. Kinda similar to Jack McClinton but a better defender (in case you saw him when UConn played Miami in the Paradise Jam this year). I like him more than McClinton though, I'm happy with the pick considering he's a late first rounder.
