I can't believe we beat the Warriors. It was a crazy finish for us, scoring the last 8 points, but the game shouldn't have even been that close. Steve Nash looked so tired near the end.

Originally posted by PlaymakersWaite until you see him in the playoffs late in games. He always wears down close to March and April. The Suns better get some help soon because if they go into the playoffs without a quality backup PG they will be in trouble because Nash defense is already lacking just think of what it would be like when he's zapped and out of wind.Just wait till Arsenal moves into Emirates Stadium.Comment

Re: The Official ***Phoenix Suns*** Thread
Barbosa HAS to step it up. As stated, I wouldnt mind seeing us bring in another backup PG and letting Barbosa back up the SG spot. I dont know if he'd cut it for long periods of time at the 1. I definitely DO like the kid though, just that maybe PG isnt his best spot.
Who could possibly be on the market that we can afford?
Anyways, we beat the Jazz today in a VERY high scoring game (136-128). I'm glad we got some bench input tonight, with 22 points I believe. It's definitely gonna be the key. Amare had a HUGE game, 42 points.
Let's move on to the Mavericks on Thursday, on TNT! (Too bad I have work and I cant watch!)Comment

Re: The Official ***Phoenix Suns*** Thread
I"m not bashing Nash because the guy did so much for my Mavs over the years. But I was at the game lastnight and just like I mentioned Nash is great for 3 qtr's but he wears down late in games. The Mavs pressured him full court for most of the game with all 3 PG's Terry, Harris and Armstrong and it really took it's toll on Nash late in the game. The SUns actually had to pull him in the middle of the 4th because he was sucking wind big time thats when Dallas went on a serious run.
I would strongly reccomend the Suns making a move for Brevin because the Bobcats have two really good PG's. But then again hopefully they don't acquire anyone because it helps Dallas.NCAA FOOTBALL 14 ALUMNI LEGENDS CPU vs CPU DYNASTY THREAD

Re: The Official ***Phoenix Suns*** Thread
Well, I dont get why there hasnt been much action around here. Maybe b/c we've only had 2 games since the break.
We made no moves, which didnt shock me really but it did dissapoint me. I felt we should add someone else off the bench just for more depth. Ah well, looks like we're going with what we have.
Apparently an awesome game tonight, with the Suns pulling it out by 1. 247 points total, that's just absurd. I wish I watched the game, those types of games are what I live for. Unfortunately, I couldnt catch it, and have to resort to some highlights.
Oh well, at least we got some revenge from that game last week, onto the Celtics!Comment

Re: The Official ***Phoenix Suns*** Thread
Thats a pretty pathetic loss to the Celtics tonight......but I guess we just got tired from last night against Dallas and going OT tonight.
We still shouldnt have lost.
It's alright though. We have a long 3 day break till Thursday's bout versus Detroit. That should give PLENTY of time for Nash to get ready.Comment

Re: The Official ***Phoenix Suns*** Thread
Well we came from behind and won in Detroit which is a huge win imo. Then, we beat the Blazers comfortably and allowed many of our starters to get a good rest in the 4th quarter. Tonight we have to play the Sonics, which won't be easy, hopefully Richardson is back from his injury.
On a seperate note, its unfortunate we weren't able to sign Gary Payton or Dale Davis, but Barbosa has been doing a little better as of late.Just wait till Arsenal moves into Emirates Stadium.Comment
