Bill Cowens believes you can run your way to the championship, and so do I. I think all the Suns need is a little more depth and a stronger interior.
yeah hopefully we can get so far ahead that we can rest up quite a bit for the playoffs because we are going to need all the resting we can for our starters. I also hope there is ample time off between each game.I don't know if we can add much more depth though, but we have to play a bit more defense against the spurs as well.
Just wait till Arsenal moves into Emirates Stadium.

Maybe they can get their way to championship because they have an inside scorer. Amare is a great post presence, so it's not like they have no one to go to when the running game isn't working.

That's the difference between them and teams like Dallas and New Jersey from the past.

Let me add, Pheonix is my second favorite team in the league. I hope the Celtics can buy into that type of philosophy by the end of this season or the begining of next, because we have the depth and youth to pull it off. I think we need an offseason for Big Al to get into good shape and be our Amare (less athletic but better post scoring potential), and to draft a big athletic 3. As much as Blount sucks, he is 7 feet tall and can run, its just a matter of him doing it. If he can start hustling, I wouldn't mind him coming off the bench once Perkins starts. Perkins and Big Al will be able to control the boards and they are both already adept at outletting, its just that many of our guards dont get out and run often enough yet. LaFrentz can fit in perfectly even though he can't run, because he can trail and hit the 3.

I love phoenix because when I watch them I get encouraged about the potential of my own team

            The dynasty will return

i think amare needs to improve a little more, hes not the greatest at rebounding as he doesn't even average 9 and he gets into foul trobule quickly. Plus he is more likely to take a guy of the dribble or shoot a jumper than play in the post, so i don't know if he qualifies for a great inside presence. Yes he can score inside but he greatly struggled without nash, and who knows maybe i'm just being picky, but this is what i have gotten from watching him play. However he can score with the best of them, he just needs to improve his rebounding, post game, range, and passing and then he will be a beast.

Well you watch him more than I do. But when I saw him against my Lakers, he shoved it down our throats.

i agree in transition and off the dribble he is pretty hard to beat, but his post moves aren't the best and neither is his rebounding

What about those Dalembert and Joe Johnson trade rumors? Did those just fade out?
