We need to play some defense.

Re: The Official ***Phoenix Suns*** Thread
We just clinched the Pacific tonight and no noise in this board?! Cmon boys! We performed ABOVE and BEYOND what ANYONE expected, and it feels great. I sure hope it carries into the postseason though. Whoever we play at the 7 or 8 spot will sure be a tough matchup, but right now I'm just thrilled and proud of my Phoenix Suns at clinching their division.

Re: The Official ***Phoenix Suns*** Thread
Its nice that we beat Houston as they are a potential 2nd opponent and plus they beat us before but then we didn't have Marion. Looks like we are also starting to play a little Defense as well. Hopefully we can keep going strong and get the number 1 seed (though I still don't know if the suns would want it).Just wait till Arsenal moves into Emirates Stadium.Comment

Thanks, Dre.
Anyway, I can see why you say the Suns might not want it, but in my opinion, it would help out immensely. I wouldnt want to play Game 7 in another arena even if we do have the best road record in the league, the playoffs are just "different". Matchupwise, I really dont know. Out of the Grizzlies, Nuggets, and Wolves.....I would want to play the Nuggets preferably. None of the teams would be easy, but the Grizz are very deep and the Wolves can screw us if they want to, we've always had trouble against them granted not necessarily this year. The Nuggets depth at the 4 and 5 concerns me, but I'm confident that it wouldnt be enough to beat us, I dunno.
I guess we gotta take whatever comes to us, and deal with it from there. There shouldnt be any preference, as every team in contention is dangerous in their own way and the playoffs are crapshoot.Comment

Dissapointing loss by the Suns last night, but they still have a 2 game advantage over Spurs in the West for homecourt and the number 1 seed. Tonight they have to play the Rockets.Just wait till Arsenal moves into Emirates Stadium.Comment

I gotta revive the damn thing?
With San Antonio's loss against the Grizzlies tonight, the Phoenix Suns have clinched homecourt advantage THROUGHOUT the playoffs! WOOHOO!! This is huge. We can rest our starters against the Kings on Wednesday, gameplan against the Grizz for Saturday/Sunday (whenever we start) and we can start out strong against them hopefully.
LETS GO BABY!Comment
