Do people have selective vision or some ****? It's possible to hate someone so much that all ability to look at something and leave your biaseness out of it is completely gone? How can you watch that video that you quoted and still trot out this horse**** argument? both fighters moved to they're corners, the ref told Ortiz "let's go" and waved both guys to the center of the ring. Why the guy looked away, I have no idea, but that assclown started the fight and all three guys knew it.

But the Mavs played better team defense than the heat Because basketball has turned in to a 2 man game as far as scoring is concerned and you just have every one else just trying to grab misses or get in the way of other people for the scorers to get room. This is why Miami looked like a good defensive team this year, because Lebron and Wade are really good on ball defenders, but the heat didn't play well together when the individual performances failed. Dallas on the other hand helped each other out and played as a team. Cohesiveness is more important in team sports than defense alone. you have to be working as a unit. In an individual sport like boxing there is no team, its only you out there, which is why counter punchers are so effective, its defense immediatly creating and turning into offense.

Man...finally a Boxing PPV card worth the price! I enjoyed every fight last night.

As far as Ortiz goes...he's a dirty SOB and knew he was getting his *** handed to him.

Dr. Floyd was just picking him apart.

Ortiz headbutt him outta frustration. He didn't even hit him in his last flurry and Jim Lampley was going nuts like he actually landed a punch.

Lampley and Merchant need to go and I'm glad PBF said it. Don't forget George Foreman used to have verbal spars all the time with Merchant because he knows he's a biased commentator.

I was making so much noise when Floyd dropped Ortiz...and rightly so.

It's like Ortiz wanted to tongue kiss him or something. Enough already. He apologized...they tapped gloves already...they were told to fight...CLICK, CLICK! Game over.

        It's funny...at 160+ pounds...toe to toe...PBF still looked bigger.

        Ahh...the legacy continues.

Yes...Floyd hit Mosely after a break. Same stuff. Did it to Ortiz before the KO last night too.

Good win for Floyd. I am a fan of his with no apologies. He was winning the fight with a 10-8 round coming. Now man to man the headbutt was the only classless and dirty thing in fight. NFL players get finned for that and there is padding and helmets involved. If any of us would've been head butted like that we would be ready to exact revenge. Looking at the replays Floyd looking at Ortiz has his guard up and ready to fight. Ortiz is trying to get more love for a third time for some odd reason. Floyd hits him waits and hits him again. Fight over.

If you have the fight to watch, Cortez is point outside the ring to the time keeper or another official and says something that sounds like "We alright." checking the time as an official should. I just watched the fight again.

SO what is the reason the ref was not looking at the fighters, explain why the ref was looking outside the ring if the fight had restarted, the ref did not do his job, and one fighter was not aware that the fight had restarted, I am not putting the full blame on Mayweather, but to win when a guy is unguarded trying to show you respect and apologize is a cheap way to win and does not show you are a real champion.

I dont understand why some people dont grasp the fact that its a FIGHT and when the ref brings them back to fight then fight not hug again for the 3rd time and ask Mayweather out to dinner. He should have known that especially after over 30 professional fights.

He just sped up the end result.

You hate PBF with a passion...but can't say a word about his ring skills.

Yes, it's possible to hate someone that much. Floyd may very well be the biggest villain to ever participate in professional athletics.

Even when he does absolutely nothing wrong, after being hit with one of the most vicious headbutts ever seen in a title fight, he's the villain, punk, cheater, etc.

                                It's pathetic.
