That fight wasn't really a dud, it wasn't gatti vs ward by any means but i wouldn't say it was a boring fight either. The fight he had against agbecko was the one a lot of people complained about, where agbecko was afraid to press the action against rigo so rigo just cruised to an easy decision.

Not real hyped for Mares-Santa Cruz, even if I should be. Almost dozed off when I saw the latter fight on the main undercard of Floyd-Pac.

...and then Floyd-Pac finished the job off.

Did Rigo make any "Anti-Gatti" list?

Mares v Santa Cruz should be a brawl,
Matthysse v Postol should be as well excited for that

Crawford fight might be interesting waiting to see him in a big name fight.

Pretty sure he was on one, i don't really watch that joke of a show though. I still think that's such a dumb list to have lmao.

Didn't even know Adonis Stevenson fought last night on Spike. More like batting practice.

If not for the twitter reminder I had forgot all about Mayweather's farewell fight. Needless to say I didn't spend the money on it and can't find anyone that did. Him not having this fight be on CBS is a disservice to himself. I guess I will see it on Showtime next weekend.

Speaking of, that was his last fight under his showtime deal, he could be in line for an HBO farewell as well that will get him to 50-0.

Ditto...I don't even know anyone that knew the Mayweather fight was on last night. It might as well not have happened for all the ripple it made in the sport....

Buy numbers have got to be among the lowest in Mayweather's career (not that it even matters at this point anyway, and he was guaranteed $32-mil anyway). I would barely have made time to watch this fight if it were free.

I would have watched it for free live, but I'll pass on the replay of a Floyd 12-0 shutout. I wouldn't be able to stay awake anyway.

I'll check it out on showtime when they replay it. I live streamed some of it but that stream was awful. And i seriously doubt it was THAT bad, plus i heard some of the undercard fights were actually pretty good.

The undercard was actually really good!

The May fight, not so much because it's as if Berto didn't watch any footage on Mayweather and didn't know what to do - very frustrating (As usual) to watch.

I'm very glad I streamed it knowing the numbers would be horrible.

As for the comment on Adonis, ... It wasn't on spike in Canada, ...it was PPV! ... huge slap in the face. I don't get why Al Haymon would allow that. He's building a brand and buying airtime in the states, why not have it on free TV in Canada too? He partnered with Ivan Michelle of MTL and another small time promoter in Toronto, but he should have insisted that the show be on TV. The PPV numbers in canada would be downright LOUSY. .. I'd gues 5k buys. It also wouldn't have been worth it conisdering you had a free card the night before and this card didn't have anything remotely close to PPV worthy.

Deontay Wilder defending his belt on NBC this saturday night. hard to believe it's been 30 years since a heavyweight title fight was on regular network tv....

The last one I can remember is the 1980 ABC telecast of Mike Weaver KOing John Tate in the last seconds of a 15th rounder to pull out the win. That heavyweight title fight was actually the TV undercard of the WBC Welterweight title fight between Sugar Ray Leonard and Davey Boy Green.
