Appreciate Shakur's skills but he is appropriately in with guys that can't touch him for the next few fights. His trainer's mitts gave him more opposition than this guy.

LOMA-RIGO obviously is the big fight this weekend but Lomachenko's only conquerer, Orlando Salido (44-13-31 KOs) is in a toss-up bout with veteran Miguel Roman (57-12-44 KOs), who has won 19 of his last 20 fights. It will be on Boxing After Dark.

Good. Hopefully more competitive fights will be on.

Lomo humiliated Rigondeaux. How was there an injured hand? He landed three punches a round and those connects were feeble.

I know. All pitty pat. The whole fight he was holding or staying hunched over. Didn't really seem like he wanted to fight at all

it was another schooling done by lomo....the injured hand was a bogus attempt to save face for quitting. there was no evidence between rounds of him complaining about it and he hardly hit lomo enough times to warrant it being injured.

he had the look on his face of a beaten fighter during the fight....he had no answers and didn't want to continue being embarrassed, to be quite honest. don't think i have ever seen a fighter make guys quit like this, i mean, as good as floyd was, he had 4 RTDs in his entire career and lomo just had 4 in a row.

Which is a good thing. Shakur Stevenson isn't a puncher so they have to build him up and build his overall confidence.

Yeah, that bout was a total waste of time. Rigondeaux had no business jumping 2 weight classes at almost 40 years old, especially when he is at this point a clearly diminished version of himself.

Lomachenko (No-mas-chenko, LOL) is clearly a unique talent, but he honestly still has only had 1-2 bouts against really top-flight opposition, and he lost one of them (albeit controversially). There's no one left for him at 130 or below; he's really going to have to go up to get quality opposition. Certainly not his fault, but that's the landscape right now.

Mickey Roman out guts and stops Salido last night prompting the only guy to beat Lomo into retirement. Lomo will probably play with Roman also but it might be worth a look before he goes to 135, where a fight with Mickey Garcia would be what the fight fans want but the politics won't allow it right away. Top Rank (Lomo's promoter) reached an undisclosed settlement with Garcia after months of legal infighting.

                        Lomachenko vs G Davis please.
Davis says he can still make 130. Not sure about that, but something tells me "NoMaschenko" woukd fight him at 135.

Ha! That fight is a blowout. Lomachenko wins in a walk.

Davis is another product of Mayweather Promotions hype. He is Adrien Broner, part II, and doesn't deserve to be in the same ring as Loma.

So, yeah, let's make it happen so both Mayweather and Davis will STFU after Davis gets outclassed.

The Tevin Farmer decision was one of the worst screw jobs I've seen in boxing this year. He clearly won that fight.

Man, the Nevada commission is a joke.

I was shocked by that decision as well.
But then I remembered the terrible GGG-Canelo scoring.

so no rematch with salido ever happening? he still wanted that fight from what i read....could have been lomo doing that to him last night.
