    SUGATA, I believe this is what GPD was talking about when saying that he does not have the time to debate the reasoning behind why something may or may not be fixed. He gave you an answer, it is expensive, difficult and risky to add. Do you not trust that judgement?

      There's a new transition for sub back sitting that they should be looking out for before getting caught off guard with it (#patchspoilers).

      The double stamina tax has been fixed when denying standing takedowns (#patchspoilers).

      Also, Skynet made some significant defensive changes for the AI geared toward making it defend better. Also, he made it so some fighters (like Joanna J) will rarely attempt takedowns so that they fight more like their real life counterparts.

          The combo system just encourages unrealistic combo's and makes the game resemble an arcade beat em up rather than a sim.

          I'm guessing this is intentional to appeal to the casual crowd who just want to stand and bang but if its not then a reworking of the combo system is needed to make the game reflect proper mma.

          I would have no objection to being knocked down if I took 2 hits to the head that were power shots, but a punch to the head, punch to body then leg kick shouldn't increase leg kick damage.
          Just make it so realistic combos are rewarded

            I think the devs understand most of our thoughts on the combo modifier. I think GPD pretty much confirmed that its not likely to be changed in UFC 2 but that doesnt mean that it wont be in UFC 3.

              I trust but i dont know why "Real physics hit mechanics" in EA UFC 2 is nearly the same as it was in EA UFC1.
              OO, lets forget about Blank GB for now, what about others:
              2) Why EA broke blocking cancel and re-activate nechanic in MT and SC whips and make them useless now??

              6) WHY EA make awesome skillfull Deny Reversals (by R2+RS with short window and false start penalty) and make more dangerous special Reversals (L1+RS w infinite window and w/o any penatlies)??
              Not available to know about fighter's reverslas and (attention!) easy death trap because Special reversals (by L1/L2 not by grapple block) has broken cheat mechnics - possible to reversal by pre-emptively holding input w/o penatly at all!

                This is great news. I've seen the complaints about stopping power and have complained about it myself (mainly the cpu's stopping power). However, I spent about 30 minutes this morning compiling data on how UFC Fights are finishing versus how my fight are finished and the KO numbers are actually way too high.

                It may be a small sample size, but I looked at real life fights over the last year from May 10th 2015 up to yesterdays card (that's 40 events and 474 fights). In real life 154 fights have ended via KO or TKO, that's right at 32.5% of all fights. However, in my UFC Universe with House Rules like no 3-4 punch combos, no taking advantage of the cpu when they gas themselves out, no holding the block button, etc. through 232 fights 111 have ended via KO/TKO, 48%. Where you really see the biggest discrepancy is when you compare my KO/TKO numbers versus the AI's. 77 KO/TKO's for me versus only 34 for the AI.

                So hopefully now that the AI defensive logic has been improved my KO/TKO numbers will come down. I'd like to see the CPU's come up, but not if it effect's my ability to KO the CPU even more.

                Lastly, in real life TKO's out number KO's 2 to 1 and it's the exact opposite, if not more, in the game.

                  STAMINA IS THE KEY!

                  If stamina is not done right then all the changes they made will be for nothing.

                  Let's just hope the A.I has more pressure while controling it's stamina output, and not throwing half *** strikes with no stamina for easy knockouts.

                  Those 2 are a must and hope it's fixed or better then before.

                    The devs are aware that the MT and SC whip is useless, they are also aware of the submission reversal exploit. Just because your threads dont get commented on by a developer does not mean they go unnoticed. Your threads are appreciated, some of the problems may not be able to be fixed and some other may. The GCers also tag the devs in the GC chat with links to constructive threads such as yours.
                    Again, dont stress if a dev does not personally respond to a thread.

                                Dude when I said "response" I mean any of 3: reply in the thread, in PM, or any mention in patch spoilers. Still nothing, I hope that at least 2 up easy to fix requests will be in the patch but unfortunately I am not sure.
                                I am ready to spend even more time on revealing and explaining the
                                Bugs/issues and how to fix them but only when I see that this is not an empty blank work. I as many others here have all mma PS3 games and spend much time in it with guides so I know what I am complaining about.
