I'll believe it when I see it, lol.

Am I the only one who REALLY misses Strikeforce?

I really miss just having consistent stacked cards, whether it was the WEC or Strikeforce

UFC is doing something right though with implementing these smaller cages lately. I'll give them big kudos for that.

Dont give them too much credit. Alot of it has to do with the venue. The last two places where they used the smaller cage were smaller venues where they wouldve had to remove seats in order to fit the large cage. I would love to see it at PPVs but I doubt they will use the small cage in large arenas.

Ah good catch, that makes a lot of sense. The girlfriend kept commenting on how "dinky" the venues were looking lately, lol

The Nevada Athletic Commission is such a joke. For the little "brawl" that DC and Jones had a few weeks back, they're seeking fines of up to $250,000, and potentially the entire amount of the purse. Obviously, I don't think think it's going to come to anything ridiculous like that, but this is borderline ********. I guess I should expect nothing less from the same people that initially fined JCC 900K for smoking weed.

Via UFC.com: "We are aware of the situation involving Anthony Johnson. As a result, we are suspending him indefinitely. We are using a third-party law firm to conduct a formal investigation and once we have more information, we’ll determine whether further course of action is necessary."

Damn, hopefully Rumble can stay in the UFC, but I'm really wondering what he did. I'd hate to lose him as a contender with the roll he's on now.

Thiago Silva who was just re-signed by the UFC the beginning of the month has been cut by the UFC again.

Wanderlei Silva has retired. Doesn't have kind words about his treatment in the UFC.

He was arrested for domestic violence in 2009 by a different woman. Apparently he went over there this summer to pick up his dog from his current baby mama. Somebody is calling his baby mama house threatening her, but she says so herself that it isn't his voice but she "thinks" it is one of his male friends doing it.

So I really don't know how Rumble can be held responsible for something his friends "allegedly" is doing.

This is the wrong month to do anything wrong to women or children.

If this is the case, he wont be on suspension for long. Also UFC's suspensions are really nothing. Rumble wasnt going to fight until January at the earliest and he can still train.

He's taking the Chael route. He has a hearing with NSAC coming up and he knows they are gonna drop a 1-2 yr suspension on his head. He's getting ahead of the story. Dont know how this is the UFC's fault. They didnt conduct the test.

The fact that Anthony Johnson is getting suspended is pathetic. I guarantee they have known about this and are suspending him just because of the Ray Rice incident with the NFL.

What he's being punished for was in '09 and he's already done his legal punishment.. Ridiculous.
