BJ is going to win this fight within the first 2 rounds. Kenny won't be able to handle BJ's boxing and no way Florian is taking BJ down. Only way this goes longer is if Kenny dances away from BJ the whole fight. Kenny doesn't have the power to put BJ down.

I think Forrest, if he follows the Hendo strategy, can win the fight against Anderson. Forrest is the biggest LHW in the UFC and I don't know if Anderson can handle Forrest's strength. If Forrest elects to stand and trade, well, we know how that will end...

As a newb to MMA I just think Forrest will beat Anderson and Kenny beats BJ. I'm probably wrong and I wouldn't bet this but I just think this happens... Sorry for ruining your thread.

Ugh. Show's gonna start in 5 minutes and there's apparently a tornado heading towards me. The troublesome part of the storm is about 15-20 miles away and heading my way, so hopefully it dies down before it gets here. No sirens here in the immediate area yet, and the one siren off in the distance that I could hear just stopped, so that's a bonus, I guess.

Edit: You know, having a tornadic storm heading my way is kind of...casting a cloud...over the festivities. Huh, see what I did there? That's freaking clever.

Where do you live? Living in Oklahoma I sometimes have that problem as well.

I'm not going to be able to watch the fights tonight. You guys are going to have to keep me posted.

I live in the tornado capital of the world...Minneapolis.

Needless to say, tornadoes are pretty uncommon around here. Looks the tornadic part of the storm is going by about 5 miles south of me, and the thunderstorm is dying down, so all seems good. For me, at least. Hopefully no one to the south was hurt.

I think the ref should be a little more aggressive in standing these guys up. A few failed pass attempts shouldn't be enough to keep Neer on his back. Neer's getting desperate for a chance at action, which led to him being swept after he tried a kimura from his back.

                          Pellegrino wins by decision

HOLY ELBOWS from Neer at the end though! He would of knocked him out if he had more time.

Damn that really sucked for Neer. It's like Kurt was doing just enough to not get stood up.

Did all three judges turn in their scorecards with a minute left in the fight? No way should four minutes of mostly lay-n-pray be worth more than a minute that included a reversal and insane elbows that delivered by far the most damage in the fight.

Not that Neer would have won the fight if he got that last round, but it's just stuff like seeing all three judges give that last round to Pellegrino that reinforces my lack of faith in the judges.
