He fought 4 times in 9 months. He fights quite a bit. He just had that one crappy injury that took him out for a year.

Tito is from a different era he needs to retire. He won't go to Strikeforce because he can't do elbows in Strikeforce rules, therefore his ground n pound would be nullified.
