      Definitely.
You guys should add II to the title, since its the second fight.

Tito was winning the fight until the point deduction.

Wow lol, I bet the UFC would have shelled out some good cash for him, but Anderson makes like 400k + PPV revenue. He is 12-0 in the UFC though :/

That's the thing about the point deduction: everyone says that Tito would've won without it.. but the thing is, had he not grabbed the fence, I bet he loses the round because Rashad would have been on top. In a sense, him grabbing the fence saved a loss for him.

Also, Rashad has evolved more, while Tito is more or less the same. The one thing Tito is now is more healthy, I suppose.

Tito has a chance because Rashad will have a lot of ring rust and has some suspect cardio in the later rounds. If Tito can steal the first or the second, he might have a pretty good chance.

Ortiz is going to be obliterated.

This might be the first, and only, time I've ever rooted for Ortiz. Hope he pulls this one out.

On the media call today, Dana said Vladimir Matyushenko was going to fight Evans if Ortiz or Machida didn't step up. He also said Leben and Sonnen offered to step in and fight Evans.

I would rather watch Sonnen fight Evans than Tito.

                MMA is crazy.

Was it assumed that Evans was going to get a title shot no matter who his opponent was if he were to win?

His potential opponents ranged from Davis, Janitor, Tito, Machida to middleweights Leben/Sonnen? Lol. I mean the difference between the Janitor and Machida is pretty wide.. and then you have random MW's thrown in? That's wild.

The Janitor is injured and Hamill has stepped in.

The UFC needs to remove Rivera/Sakara off the main card and put Hamill/Gustafsson on the PPV.

normally i'd rather watch sonnan or machida vs evans..but tito actually shouldve beat evans the first time but that illegal kick cost him a point and that knotted it up..he was killin him first two rounds

Rivera / Sakara though is a guaranteed nice standup fight for the PPV and that's why I'm guessing it's on: for fireworks.

Then again, it would be really good for the Spike TV prelims portion too..

it was excessive fence grabbing that got a point deducted from tito, not an illegal strike.

The other fight is more relevant to the division.

Possibly. A win by Gust, yes, Hamill not so much. A big KO win for either Rivera/Sakara boosts them up again.
