I feel terrible for Silva. Such a gruesome injury. Weidman did what he was supposed to in that situation, though.

Man, I bet Dana wishes he could go back a couple of years and make that Silva-GSP fight happen.

      I can't believe Anderson's career is over like that. I just can't.

Weidman v Vitor up next, should be good.

Weidman gets to fight Vitor in Brazil too.

They may want a little more protection for that event.

Damn, we never really got to see these two really just go at it except for round one. Some people out there are still gonna question whether Weidman is really the better man. IMO he did what he needed to do but there is that "what if" there. Sucks this ended like that. Silva was clearly focused, never seen him more focused in a fight. Weidman was confident and knew he could handle him.
It’s easier to do the right thing, than to explain why you didn’t.

Hate that the legend of Anderson Silva comes to an end with such a devastating injury. Congrats to Chris Weidman. Adjusted his game plan and it resulted in Silva breaking his leg. Looking forward to Vitor and Weidman.

Anyone who questions whether or not Weidman is better is either a delusional Anderson fan or someone who just doesn't really understand what they're seeing.

I like Anderson a lot. But, I thought Weidman was going to win last time and I knew he was going to win this time.

So far Anderson has shown nothing in 4 rounds that he's better then Chris and I have no inclination to believe that Anderson was going to miraculously knock out Weidman. MMA and combat sports in general is a young man's game, and when you fall, you fall hard. It isn't a soft gradual decline. Anderson just ran into his kryptonite and the future of the middleweight division like how many in MMA circles predicted.

In all 4 rounds, I don't think Silva had even sniffed putting Weidman in danger.

Silva is probably the greatest of all time, but even the greatest falter with age.

I'm no Silva stan, but I do enjoy his body of work - it's a shame his career had to end like this.

why in Brazil? Weidman should say no, I'm serious, he is the champ, Vitor can come fight in the US, if he can't get licensed, then too bad he doesn't deserve a fight

2013 is literally an end of a great era. This is likely the last time we'll ever see Anderson fight. Plus GSP is out for god knows how long. Just wish we could of seen the GSP vs Silva or Jones vs Silva super fights.

They can do a fight in a soccer stadium in Brazil. More money to be earned down there.

Rousey is a beast. Her judo/grappling game is phenomenal. You get your
