He used to be IC champion and kept saying he was McMahon's wet dream or whatever. He's been pre-FE'd for awhile. I guess they are going to keep him around, but I say it's just a matter of time.

Actually...I really like the thought of a Miz face turn. That could be really interesting and he definitely has the mic work to do it.

That is the problem they have sooooooo much potential in Miz, ADR, Cena, Orton, Barret, Shemus, Punk to have some of the best promos/fueds that we have seen in a long time but, they don't take any risks. Think about the best turn of all time Hulk Hogan becoming Hollywood Hogan that put them on top for what 4 years. Big risk could equal big $$$
        Gaming hard since 1988

I have won like 25 Super Bowls in Madden so I am kinda a big deal.

With no legit competition they have no incentive to take huge risks. Its not like they're going bankrupt anyways.

The Miz is a good heel. But he'll never be a great heel, imo. He is a smallish guy (6'2", 220) without a great physique. He doesn't really seem like a legitimate threat to Super-Cena. Think of the great heels of the past. The only smaller ones that could be that kind of heel, the guy everyone hates, are fantastic workers as well. Miz has improved a lot, but he'll probably never be a great worker. But he's definitely a good enough worker to be a top face, and he obviously has the mic skills to do it. I'm not saying they need to turn Miz at this moment. But I think longterm, he's better off as a face, and can be a brand carrying guy in that role.

The guy who has the shot to be the top heel, IMO, is Wade Barrett.

He's the total package. It's why I love the fact they are finally finding something for him to do.

He more than held his own with Cena in their feud.

I never understood this. He instantly became a favorite of mine during that feud. He lost to Punk and then was just tossed to the side.

I forgot about Wade. He could defintely be that guy.

Yea, WWE is bad about that with some people. I was interested when Swagger was champion. Not that great on the mic, but he drops the belt to Mysterio and hasn't been much above mid-card since and hanging around as Ziggler's backup doesn't help much other than getting his face on TV. Hasn't held a belt since he was World Champion. Kinda like Sheamus. Pushed to the top fast and then doesn't get as much attention afterwards. They are going to have to finally give some of these guys chances before long. Kevin Nash's knees will only last so long.

Swagger was a baffling choice to push, though. I remember when he won Money in the Bank and 99% of us at BW3 thought it was a joke or that something was going to happen.

They never should have tried to push him. He doesn't have that superstar charisma.

Now Sheamus...idk, he's a really good guy and a great badass, but I'm not sure many people buy him as champion right now.

The only thing I'll say is if WWE believes in you, then you will get over. Look at Mark Freaking Henry. They finally believed in him and he became the monster they always thought he could be. Now they just need to do that with their younger talent.

I can't take Swagger seriously. When I see him, I see a very very poor man's Kurt Angle.

And Superstars isn't on TV anymore. I like Drew but he's probably closer to being FE'd than being the next big thing anytime soon. Not saying that he will be, but that's more likely to happen than him being in the world title match @ Wrestlemania.
