Suspend him without pay, make him wrestle, lose his Title shot, and lose to Santino in a Wrestlemania Pre-show, and his Wrestlemania check gets split up between the wrestlers in the back.

Make it clear that if you are going to do stupid **** like this, you don't deserve to be on the roster, or a push of any kind.
