I think Ziggler trying to get a second shot makes sense. It's happened before. He was in the Rumble, he was in the Chamber. Getting a second guaranteed shot totally makes sense. That way the briefcase becomes insurance (which would be something new).

Ziggler wasn't in the Elimination Chamber.

Ziggler was talking about how Swaggers title shot didn't guarantee him the WHC his briefcase guarantees it so not like that feud couldn't be spun to work.

I don't foresee this scenario playing out, more or less just me as a Ziggler fan wanting him to get the belt, it's why I ended my post with I can dream right.

Being in the Rumble and winning it are two totally different things. Not like he had anything else going on. And as 55 said, he wasn't in the Chamber. He has not had a title shot while he's had the briefcase.

Ziggler didn't get into EC but remember on the last Raw before EC he did go to Booker T and tell him he wanted in, Booker T gave him the match against Kane and winner got the last spot, so while he didn't get it he did finally decide having a second shot at the WHC was optimal.

Briefcase doesn't guarantee it either. See Cena multiple times.

I'm aware, I'm just relaying Zigglers quote from his promo at EC, obviously it isn't guaranteed but I'm just saying what Ziggler said and he said the briefcase is the only thing that guarantees it.

He didn't get in the Chamber again but he did acknowledge on the last Raw before EC that he wanted in to give himself a second shot at it so it isn't like this angle makes no sense at all, like I said earlier I highly doubt this is the route they'll take but at the same time not like its completely ridiculous when Ziggler himself just 2 weeks ago pointed out that having 2 chances at the belt was better than 1.

But like I said, it doesn't make sense to take the risk in losing your only shot. I mean, Ziggler did say the briefcase is a guarantee. If it is a guarantee, why risk losing it?

How Dutch Mantel ended up in WWE.

As we mentioned in the PWInsider Elite section, Dutch Mantel being added to Jack Swagger's character as Zeb Colter was done as a way to accentuate Swagger and help him get over and connect with the audiences. While Vince McMahon in the past has felt managers were something of an antiquated idea for the business, there's been talk off and on over the last year of bringing them back full-blown. Mantel and Jim Mitchell's names were mentioned prominently last year in creative discussions and the trigger was finally pulled for Mantel to help Swagger's push. There's a chance more names could be brought in, likely getting new personas, but nothing definitive

As a ECW mark, I would love to see The Sinister Minister in the WWE. I really enjoyed his work with Abyss in TNA.

From my understanding, the WWE can make new merchandise of the individual, market them and use them to wrestle if they wanted to.
