Re: The OS WWE 'Dirt' Thread
The World Heavyweight Championship run was from Night of Champions to TLC (when DB cashed in his briefcase). I believe the Hall of Pain began with his inital fued with Big Show after their match at Money in the Bank. All in 2011.--

Re: The OS WWE 'Dirt' Thread
- WWE officials are still looking for Sheamus to return in early 2014. There is still no definitive time frame for when Mark Henry will return.
- A new name in WWE developmental is Cole Andrews, real name Stephen Good. He's measured at the NFL combine at 6 foot 4 3/4 inches and 300 pounds. He's since trimmed down to 275 pounds. Andrews started as an offensive guard for the University of Oklahoma last season but wasn't drafted in the NFL draft, despite being a prospect. He's very strong, having done a competition 475 pound bench press at the age of 17. Jim Ross was instrumental in getting Andrews a WWE tryout.
- When WWE was recently in Mexico, they did not do any tryouts with talents like they usually do when they're in Mexico or the UK. WWE is still very interested in Mexican talent but the approach will be different. WWE is not interested in Volador Jr. but Rey Mysterio, through his influence, is likely to get a tryout for Bestia 666, the son of Damian 666.Comment

Re: The OS WWE 'Dirt' Thread
When will he be back?
“I think if I don’t do it by the
end of the year, then next year. I would hate to push myself instead of taking
my time. I want to make a good return, and not being absent shortly after my
return. It’s something I’m still debating. I’m going to listen to my body.”
“I’m definitely still motivated and feel the urge to be in the ring. I’ve
always told myself the day I don’t feel that anymore is the day I need to say,
‘That’s it.’ I still have some years inside me that I want to push forward, I
want to go out and entertain. I miss it. I really do. I miss being out there and
the interaction with the fans. I miss the applause and the 619 chants. I’m
hoping that God still gives me a couple of more years for me to perform.”
This was frm an interview with Rey Mysterio last week....Why is he still on wwe payroll?atleast..Its not DelawareComment

Re: The OS WWE 'Dirt' Thread
During last nights Smackdown tapings, Rybak responded to "Goldberg" chants by
using the Spear and the Jackhammer. This could be leading to an eventual
showdown if Goldberg decides to return to the ring.
AHHHHHHHH.....I wont believe this until WWE announcers and Rybak acknowledge Goldberg.atleast..Its not DelawareComment

Re: The OS WWE 'Dirt' Thread
- The plan last week was to do an eight-man match with The Wyatts and one other Superstar vs. CM Punk, Daniel Bryan and two other Superstars but now they're going in the direction of Punk and Bryan vs. Erick Rowan and Luke Harper in a tag match at this month's WWE Survivor Series pay-per-view.
There's also going to be a WWE Tag Team Title match at the pay-per-view with Cody Rhodes and Goldust vs. Jack Swagger and Antonio Cesaro. No word yet if The Shield and The Usos will be added to the match.
- Some fans may have noticed that Summer Rae's "Mean Girls" gimmick on NXT is similar to the mid-80's UWF version of Missy Hyatt and that's not a coincidence. Rae studied old tapes of the way Hyatt projected her character although the characters themselves are different. Dusty Rhodes knew this and the "First Lady of NXT" name they gave her specifically was modeled after Hyatt's "First Lady of Wrestling" name.
- As of this past week, the plan to turn Roman Reigns babyface is scheduled to be fast-tracked. WWE officials are looking at him as being the new young golden boy of the promotion. On RAW this week they did nothing past put him in a position where his spear on Big Show was designed to make people pop.Comment
