I guess they did this so Cena can beat the Wyatts on one leg?

Re: The OS WWE 'Dirt' Thread
Basically, hurting Bray's credibility either way.
He wins: It will be seen that Bray can only beat Cena when he's injured and not 100%
He loses: It will hurt Bray, because Cena beat him on one leg, so is Bray really that good(let alone they have done this story so many times.)
If both were "healthy" in kayfabe, then Cena could win and have Bray benefit as well, but putting Cena in the injury/underdog again for the 1000th time, only hurts Bray.NFL: Houston Texans / Carolina Panthers
NBA: Indiana Pacers
MLB: Cleveland Indians
NCAA: Purdue Boilermakers
NASCAR: Ryan Newman
One day, Purdue Men's Basketball and Football will become relevant again.Comment

Re: The OS WWE 'Dirt' Thread
Bray is a heel, so it doesnt really matter. And when it comes to Cena only a handful of people get to beat him clean as a whistle. I dont think Wyatt is gonna be one of them at this point in his career.Comment

Re: The OS WWE 'Dirt' Thread
Wow. Chicago is being treated very well. I dont think the CM punk thing has alot to do with this though. It is close to Mania and storylines need to unfold.
Spoiler
- Shield vs Wyatts rematch has been announced for RAW
- Brock Lesnnar will confront Taker
- Cena will be in house
Im still very curious to see if this wrestlemania card changes in terms of the Main Event and what they do with the Shield. Will Roman Riegns and Rollin both turn face??atleast..Its not DelawareComment

Re: The OS WWE 'Dirt' Thread
OK, so Dave Batista's heavy-hyped return hasn't exactly turned out as well as
people in WWE must have been hoping. In fact, you could say it's been a total
disaster. “The Animal” is receiving loud and thunderous boos everywhere he goes
these days. It’s almost embarrassing.
Interestingly, rather than ignoring the jeers, WWE scripted world heavyweight
champion Randy Orton to
bring them up to the star on Mondays Raw. Batista begrudgingly acknowledged the
chants and said the fans had a right to say or feel what they wanted (a babyface
remark), but admittedly, he was still greatly angered by them (a heel
remark).
While it's refreshing of the writers to not attempt to sweep the crowd
reactions under the rug, you have to wonder: What is the point of bringing all
of this up on television? Is WWE attempting to make the wrestler more
sympathetic here? Is this going to salvage what is currently looking like one of
the worst and most flat WrestleMania events ever? Just what is going on with
Batista's character?
This kinda plays into what my thought process is on the PPV going foward. 60-75% of the hardcore fans will now be paying 9.99 a month for a PPV. Will this open the door for the WWE to say" Oh well, Lets make Clash of Champion events"??? If the current card stays in tact, this WM will indeed be one of the lowest on the pollatleast..Its not DelawareComment

Don't have to apologize to me, it's not my card. Just pointing out some of the most iconic matches at Wrestlemania have happened on cards with flat main events.Comment

Say they get to a point where they have 2 million subscribers (seems like a modest goal if/when this goes worldwide.) That's 20 million a month. PPVs become a bigger deal because everything outside of WM, and some of the other big 4, would be lucky to sniff 350k buys. Then take that $50/55 they'd get for it and they'd have to probably split the revenue pretty close to evenly with the PPV carriers.
This keeps a legitimate audience size around for PPVs but I am sure there is a large population of people subscribed that don't care too much about the archives.badComment

Re: The OS WWE 'Dirt' Thread
Heard this from a contact of mine, but nothing is solid possible Wrestlemania main event spoiler):
Spoiler
There is talk of working Bryan twice at Mania, and using Vince as his backer. Bryan beats HHH for the right to face winner of Orton/Batista.
I'll give more as/if I get it
