        WWE Signs Drake Younger

This signing came out of left field.

Kurt Angle was rumoured to be telling people at the recent Arnold Classic that his return to WWE in September was a done deal. It may be a near inevitability given how tightly Janice Carter is clutching the TNA purse strings nowadays, just not as a wrestler.

I really hope this gets done. Atleast let him finish his career with WWE. I think Angle could bring some good humor and fun back to WWE. Ive been saying I want to see him and Bryan involved in a feud. Would be great in terms of crowd interaction

I think Angle returning in ring to WWE would be great but there are a lot of problems with that idea. Angle has proven he can't keep his nose clean, is breaking down with regularity and takes unnecessary risks in the ring when he should be wrestling a safer style. I have a feeling he'd do something reckless which will get him in trouble physically and in the back.

I do think at the very least he will get a return for WM XXX1 for a HOF induction though.

Hopefully Kurt becomes a trainer in Florida and can create a stable and consistent environment for himself. Show up on TV for a special. Nothing big.

Also didn't see that one coming. You'd figure that if they went after a smaller dude who can wrestle they'd try to get Adam Cole into their system, considering his age and natural charisma.
That's not an insult, THAT is just a fact of life.

Me too, would love to see him come back even if it's just for 2 or 3 years. WWE would surely curtail his other problems and get him focused on what he does best, wrestling.

To be honest, I'm absolutely shocked that they haven't offered Cole a contract yet.

Yeah that guy is awesome, and being perfectly honest I haven't even watched him wrestle since he teamed with Kyle O'Reilly, and I've heard that his best work has been since then am I right?

                            - Ring of Honor star ACH (Albert Harle Jr.) will be at the next WWE tryout camp with Kevin Steen and Roderick Strong.

                            - As noted, WWE has signed former CZW Champion Drake Younger and he will begin working out at the Performance Center in early May. Young attended the December WWE tryouts, which were described as overall having the least amount of talent as any other WWE tryouts in recent memory.

                            - While Cesaro vs. Jack Swagger is being teased for WrestleMania XXX, it could end up being a three-way with Big E for the WWE Intercontinental Title.

                            - WWE NXT talents were told at the recent set of TV tapings that the NXT product would be pushed more significantly now that the WWE Network is up. The talents were told that the company wants to get behind NXT as a pure wrestling product within the WWE. They were also told that while some people may be brought up, like Emma, it's going to be a slow process and for everyone to be patient with the idea that with the Network, they'll all be getting lots of exposure even without a call up.
Hoping all those guys get signed, plus Adam Cole. Hope WWE could find a use for them.

I'd be much more excited for a triple threat than just Cesaro v Swagger

I hope they don't get stupid and change what has been a very strong WRESTLING product and make it into WWE Lite. It seems NXT has found a niche being a more wrestling oriented product.
