Top 5 all time on the stick. Yet just because he's skinny fat, and not huge and roided up, they don't push him to the moon.
I like Rey but he probably needs to call it a career.

CM Punk only cares about himself. WWE to their credit ran with him after his pipe bomb. 434 days, man. 434 days with the title and you're trying to say they didn't do anything with him. Give me a break.

He lost to the freaking Rock and the Undertaker, the latter of which was an excellent match, one of the best in the last few years.

He's done some amazing things during his WWE career, SES being my favourite.

But don't kid yourself here Bdolski, WWE gave him the opportunity to do all these things. If they'd have wanted to bury him they'd have done it a long time ago.

With Cena, you saw just this very week that they don't even let the WWE Champion Randy Orton get a win over him, even after an RKO. If they didn't want/let Punk succeed they wouldn't have let him go over John.

And he is an idiot for walking out when he did. Probably another attempt to force WWE into giving him what he wants.

There has been a pattern with him. Got his foot in the door, worked hard for a few years and then threatened to leave when he wasn't main eventing. Then he was a main eventer (don't you dare argue with me about that statement) for over 2 years and now a few months out of the title picture and he's at it again.

I saw him wrestle alongside Daniel Bryan in Leeds in November, and I'm really happy that I saw him perform while he was there, because he's a great wrestler (I even bought his DVD for that reason) but I'm not too sure ill be happy to see him back after this escapade.

He wants respect but doesn't respect other people as much as he should.

Now I have no problem with WWE wrestlers airing their grievances with how the company is run, but you shouldn't just leave without warning. Why would you want such a disruptive influence in the dressing room, regardless of how talented he is?

Yeah, I think Rey may want to call it. He gets hurt as much as Kevin Nash.

                Steve Corino:

"We over-think sometimes as fans. I watch Raw and Smackdown as a fan. I never try to over-analyze and say they're doing this or that wrong. There is no doubt that Daniel Bryan is so over, right? But, you don't think WWE knows this? You don't think a money making machine like WWE doesn't see what's going on? I think us as wrestling fans want Daniel Bryan to be in that main event spot right now, whereas the WWE says we're making money off this guy right now. Let's string it along and see how far we can go because we're going to need a main event for Wrestlemania 31. Stone Cold Steve Austin was over at King Of The Ring 1996, but go back and see how long it took him, as they strung him along, and people wanted to cheer, and they were cheering him at Survivor Series 1996 with Bret (Hart). They were cheering him in every match, and finally they did the turn and put the rocket up his *** a little bit after WrestleMania 13 and he didn't get the belt until the next WrestleMania, so you have a year and a half where they knew he was over and he was going to make big money for them and they just took their time, and I think that's what they're doing here with Daniel. They know he's over and he's not going anywhere. Think about how genius it was putting him with The Wyatt family for 3 weeks. They literally turn him heel and the crowd said no way. The fans feel like Bryan is one of them and he is doing everything they would do if they were wrestlers. I think it's great. To me, if I'm Vince McMahon or Triple H or Stephanie McMahon, I have it in my mind how Daniel Bryan vs. CM Punk is my main event for WrestleMania 31."
                That's a long time, Steve..

It is a long time, but his point is they've done it before and it worked out extremely well.

Funny how if the MSG incident hadn't taken place we might has never wound up with Stone Cold Steve Austin.

Saw on one dirt sheet that Punk may have been released from his contract.

I'd bet a shiny new nickel he won't be released early.

I'd take that bet. He's not going to do anything for them anyway, and I'd be absolutely shocked if he went to TNA. So why not throw him a bone and release him from his contract? If the company let's him go, who knows, maybe he comes back a year or two down the road.

At this point I say **** him. Release him and let him release how good he had it when there aren't any other decent opportunities out there. Then sign him for less money when he comes crawling back.

He doesn't need money anymore, so I don't see him crawling back. I see him just disappearing from the public eye forever.
