Hate to see people lose their jobs. Just wonder what set the guy off to make him do that.

Apparently at catering,the social media guy made a racist crack at Del Rios expense and it got back to Del Rio. Del Rio confronted the guy about it and instead of just apologizing and defusing the situation,he laughed in Del Rios face.

Now if that's what happened,then personally I believe the social media guy deserved it. With that being said, if the whole thing revolves around a racist comment,then WWE should have just suspended both of them. Then they should have told all employees that we're not going to tolerate physical violence on our office staff and we're not gonna tolerate racism. And the next time this happens,you're out of here.

The only thing I've seen is that someone told the Social Media guy to clean off his plate and he said "That's Del Rio's job".

Oh come on. Obviously they aren't, but when someone makes a crack like that about a Mexican guy, that's obviously what he's implying. And that's not okay.

But how do we as internet strangers know that's A. What he said and B. His intent?

Does anyone think that WWE would publicly fire one of their on screen superstars and let some backstage minion go scott free if he started it?

I suspect the truth lies somewhere between the stories going around.

For all we know it could have been an inside joke.

I get really frustrated when people take the dirt sheets as gospel, especially when they call someone racist they do not know, nor know what he said or didn't say.

Lets not forget these same dirt sheets said Alberto was leaving months ago....basically, they don't know ****.

Seem farfetched to think this is what happened imo. I would think they would have sided with Alberto if a racial type of slur was involved. Granted it's also a time they are looking to cut $$ when they can so who knows.
