    I am not surprised by Punk missing time. I posted about this before the RAW after WM. There were numerous reports, even weeks before WM, that he was going to take time off following WM to heal himself. I don't think this is anymore than that either. He might have issues with creative, but I imagine most guys do and it's not that big of a deal. Hell there are still a lot of reports that Rock left because of that and not because of his injury. And remember SCSA in '02?

    Either way Punk will be back I'm sure. I wouldn't worry too much.

        I don't know why people are making a big deal out of his extended time off.

        For months it was being said that Punk would take an extended leave after Wrestlemania. This isn't something that just happened a day or two before Wrestlemania. It's been known.

                I think Punk has at least 2 years more in him before he retires. However, he won't be one of those guys in his 40s working a full time schedule. He's made a lot of money and has been very smart with that money. He can walk away at anytime and be set for life. I think he'll take a few months off, rest, get back to full strength, and be even better. His return will be epic.

                We need Cena vs Punk for Wrestlemania 30. Those two work phenomenally together. Their match on Raw before Wrestlemania was far better than the main event at Wrestlemania. At MITB, they had an excellent 40+ minute match. What's a better main event than giving them an hour to go out there and make it something special?

                    Yeah, he said he wasn't going to wrestle as long as guys like Kane and Taker. He said he plans on retiring in 2-years.

                        I know Punk has other interests and leads a pretty rounded life (when possible) but do you really believe anything he says to the public?

                        The man lives and breathes wrestling. It wouldn't surprise me if he are around for another year max, nor would it surprise me to see him around another ten years.

                                                    Shield vs. Cena & Ryback for Raw next week announced on Main Event.
                                                    Ambrose vs. 'Taker is the SD main event. Not sure if it'll air but DX (HHH & NAO) saved 'Taker post match.
