Re: WWE: NXT Thread
The Pro should almost always win the match. Otherwise, when you want to get a rookie over pretty big, having them beat a pro isn't a big deal. A rookie should beat a pro once or twice a season tops.Comment

Re: WWE: NXT Thread
Percy Watson at #2 kinda shocked me. At first, I could not stand the guy and did not think he would go over well. Now I find myself doing his stupid dances and saying "Oh Yeah". I didn't realize that he played for my NY Giants until last night.
Glad to see Kaval at #1. I used to watch him at indy shows as Low Ki and I really want him to succedd in WWE. He has the ability in the ring.
I am surprised that Alex Riley was not actually #1. I know he gets major heat, but I think he has the potential to be a star. He looks like a natural both in the ring and on the mic.
I think the top 4 from last night are the ones with the brightest futures. I am waiting for McGillicutty to start using the word, "perfect". Team him with Dibiase Jr. as "Perfect Money".
Titus, seemes like a nice guy, but I figured him to be the first gone. It looked like a few times last night he was supposed to tag out, but didn't atually reach for the tag. Riley had to tag himself in while Titus just kinda held the guy in the corner. Looked kinda sloppy.
I thought that Husky would be a little higher.Comment

Re: WWE: NXT Thread
Kaval is a machine in the ring. I've been a fan for years ... watched all of his stuff in ROH, and a good portion from his days in TNA and tours over in Japan with NOAH and Zero-1. And the best thing about him to me is that he's using the WWE in ring style to accentuate his moveset ... not to bore it down.
Like Danielson in season 1, I'm watching season 2 just for this guy.Comment

Re: WWE: NXT Thread
So I happened to watch this show (we get it a couple days later then you guys) and actually enjoyed it. That Husky guy seems to have a real bad attitude and while his moveset is somewhat limited he seems to have a lot of endurance and can work a match. I was quite impressed by him even though he isn't exactly an adonis in the ring. In some small way he reminds me of Dusty Rhodes.
I think i'll have to keep watching this show.Member of the Official OS Bills Backers Club
