Its gonna get ignored. You can count on that.
It’s easier to do the right thing, than to explain why you didn’t.

Match wasn't that bad. I'll give the Rock his due. He didn't look gassed, he got himself into good shape. The problem with the main event was the story. It just wasn't very good. I thought Punk/Taker had a great story and a lot of emotion. I didn't feel any emotional attachment to the main event.

There's no doubt who the best in the world is...CM Punk. I'm hoping for Punk/Cena.

This was probably one of the worst WrestleMania's I've seen (excluding the Punk/Taker match..and that was predictable, anyway).

I just hate the lack of direction in the company these days. They don't give a **** about U.S, Tag, or Intercontinental titles. They don't know what to do with Ziggler, Bryan, Cesaro, Kofi, Miz, Barrett, etc. And I really don't want to be sitting around, watching while they ruin Ambrose, Reigns, & Rollins.

Tonight would have been a great chance for them to really do at least ONE huge thing. But, they just went out, settled for quick matches up until the last 3, and then of the 6 participants in the 3 final matches, 4 of them are part timers. Why would anyone feel good about the future of the company when they can't even find 6 "superstars" who they consider worthy of the big stage?
Man, my thoughts exactly while watching the three main events. A lot of the blame has to go on Vince and the creative teams inability to "create" new superstars, so we're stuck seeing older guys that should be elevating younger talent - hey, like Chris Jericho did tonight - instead take entire years off, but still get main event booking. They are stuck in a catch 22 and last time that happened a company went under, but of course that isn't happening because there isn't a competing brand with the resources, recognition or production values of the 'E.

I dont think they can afford to give Punk a break for ****s and giggles. Especially a 4-6 month one.
I was suggesting more along the lines of 2 to 3 months. It would help them find a direction for other characters and give Punk a much deserved break. He isn't losing his spot, but other people need to be elevated or else we'll see ****ing part-timers (in the main event) for the foreseeable future at 'Mania.

Vince needs to go. WWE is slipping back to the awfulness it was in 1995. It's a shame TNA isn't real competition right now. WWE needs a wake up call.

Every time I think "God, I've seen Punk/Cena about 70 times in the last year" I remember the matches and I think "Okay, sign me up please."

I see they turned on unlimited finishers and signature moves for Rock/Cena (http://www.gerweck.net/2013/04/07/wr...ionship-match/)...

ena takes Rock down with a shoulder tackle and goes for the STF1, but Rock counters. Cena takes Rock down with another shoulder tackle and goes for the side slam, but Rock counters again. Rock locks in the Sharpshooter2. Cena rolls through and goes for the Five-Knuckle Shuffle3, but Rock moves and drops Cena with a DDT. Rock goes for the Rock Bottom4, but Cena counters and locks in the Crossface. Cena launches Rock into the corner and delivers the side slam. Cena delivers the Five-Knuckle Shuffle5 and goes for the AA6, but Rock counters and delivers a spinebuster7. Rock goes for the People’s Elbow8, but Cena counters into the STF9. Rock fights out and Cena slaps the mat before Rock delivers the Rock Bottom10. Rock goes for the cover, but Cena kicks out at two. Cena nails the AA out of nowhere11, but Rock kicks out at two. Cena goes up top and goes for the legdrop12, but Rock moves. Rock delivers a spinebuster13 and then the People’s Elbow.14 Rock goes for the cover, but Cena kicks out at two. Cena rolls to the outside, but Rock goes out after him. Rock tosses Cena back into the ring, and they exchange right hands. Rock comes off the ropes, but Cena catches him. Cena tries to slam him, but Rock counters with a Rock Bottom but only gets a two count. Rock gets to his feet and goes for the Five-Knuckle Shuffle15 (not counting the extra it takes to steal a move), but Cena counters into the AA for a two count16. They exchange right hands and Cena rolls Rock up for a two count. Cena nails the Rock Bottom on Rock17, but only gets a two count. Cena goes for the People’s Elbow18, but tricks the Rock and goes for the AA19, but Rock countered into the Rock Bottom for a two count20. Rock levels Cena with a DDT, and both men are down. Rock gets up and goes for the Rock Bottom21, but Cena counters into the AA for the pin fall.22
22 signature or finishing moves in the last half of the match.

Punk/Cena really should be the main event next year. Only match I'd rather see would be Punk/Taker II.

Cena said "from the day I walked into that gym in California when I was 20 years old and I saw you, I knew that's what I wanted to be. I wanted to be WWE Champion. Thank you." Rock replied "This moment, this moment is why I came back. I came back for them, but I came back for you. This moment was for you."

The Rock was a hell of a heel. If Cena wants to be like the Rock, he should turn heel.
