Re: Best WWE Video Game?
True, but everything I brought up could easily be fixed in 2k14 (and others could have been fixed by a patch or two).Comment

Re: Best WWE Video Game?
For me No Mercy, Day of Reckoning and WWF Attitude. I had so much fun with those games as a kid. For worst WrestleMania 21 and the original WWF Raw on Xbox are by far the worst.Am I trolling? Am I serious? Did Dennis Green and the Cardinals really "let them off the hook"? What about the children? Find out next weekComment

Re: Best WWE Video Game?
For this gen of systems
1. SVR 2008-loved GM mode, certain nastalgia about the game with the new ECW superstars and loved crowd fighting.
2. SVR 2007- great game with GM mode and rosters looking back were fun. Like 08s graphics better though giving it the edge.
3. WWE 13- I like it, but universe kinda frustrates me because I want to manage everything usually. Replay has been good, but it can get boring,
3A. WWE 12- same as 13. Was a fun game I thought and it got lots of play time.Comment

Re: Best WWE Video Game?
I know its about wwe games, but the most fun I had with a wrestling game was WCW/NWO Revenge. I always thought WCW had the best in ring product. I thought the wrestlers in this game were more fun to play with than the wwe product. But in wwe games I would choose HCTP. When the game had the "Hollywood Rock" gimmick in the game, I was sold.Comment

Re: Best WWE Video Game?
1. WWE 13. Best graphics, and gameplay, also Universe Mode was improved.
2. WWE 12: Good graphics, decent gameplay, but full of glitches, Universe Mode was repetitive, RTWM wasn't good in this game either.
3. SVR 2007/ 2008: GM mode/24-7 Mode was a lot of fun.Ravens: In Ozzie We Trust

Re: Best WWE Video Game?
LOWM
I base this on roster best ever !!! , entrances are so real , CAW and I even enjoy the gameplay with hitting the buttons on timing reaction which I normally hate .
My only gripes are silly stuff like no CAM or having managers go to the ring with tag teams or special matches and WM mode where you set up your own matches would have added a ton to the replay value .
The play along with real WM matches was also a blast and it had alot of depth .
I still play this game exclusively 5 years later and that says it all if you like classic WWF action at a fun pace without all the fluff and 5 years later you can still play online ! So RIP THQ it was a masterpieceFinally Roster share in NHL 22 ! Dreams do come true ! To Garryowen and Glory boys !Comment

Re: Best WWE Video Game?
I don't remember what game streamlined reversing to one button but I hate that so much. It makes reversing so much easier rather than the old games having to hit L2/L button/LT etc. to reverse a grapple and the other button for strikes.
Anyways, my favorite WWE game was DoR that I've played. I just loved the gameplay as I could play it for the longest time and never get bored of it. I've never played that many but DoR was always fun. As linear as the story was, I still like playing it, so I could play a bunch of matches. I never really got to play the Smackdown series or SvR series until SvR 09 on the Wii and SvR 11 on the PS3. The other thing I loved about the old games as well is the amount of submissions there were. There were so many, it was crazy. While more are being added, it sucks seeing the Fujiwara Armbar be a DLC move in WWE 13 among other moves. Moves shouldn't be DLC, that's just stupid, but I guess that was THQ's ultimate downfall in it's DLC thoughts.NFL: Houston Texans / Carolina Panthers
