Yep. WCW PPV's have been problematic, as have episodes of Prime Time Wrestling. Everything else works just fine, though.

I saw a while ago on Reddit someone reported this to Bryan Alvarez (I think) on his show about this and it's noted that WWE is aware of the buffering issues on archive content. It seems the more old/obscure the content is the more there are buffering issues. It's said that WWE is trying to find a fix for it.

Just saw on reddit that the network edited out new days singing entrance and Brock Lesnar giving the middle finger from SummerSlam 2015 . So lame

Didn't see that about the finger. The New Day thing makes sense. It'd be reeeaaallllyyy expensive to keep it there, I imagine.

Why? New Day took a song and changed the lyrics to it, I doubt Jay-Z cares. And taking the flipping of the bird out of the Brock-Taker match is dumb.

Yeah they even showed the Taker/Lesnar thing on Raw. I mean it was blurred out but acknowledged it

I watched and it's still there but blurred. ND is cut though. So silly

Because while parodies are considered fair use, if the lyrics aren't changed enough, it can cause problems. Since it was a PPV, I'm sure New Day didn't go out with a trombone without everyone, including Vince's, knowledge. And if they then took it out a few days later, I'm sure it's because they were contacted by lawyers from either Jay-Z or Atlantic Records. They may have been able to win that kind of case, but it'd be way more trouble than it's worth.

Yea they might win the case but it's not worth the fight at all like you said. The lawfirm that the WWE employees costs probably something like a 1K per hour between the partner, associate, paralegal, etc. And it's not worth paying that when you can just take it off your site and not have to do pay anybody an absurd amount of money to battle this case in court.

On the older stuff (2002) about a couple of days ago it was bad. I will look later tonight and let you know for sure.

Buffering issues are FINALLY gone for me, so I think they fixed it. I have really fast internet so it was never my end. I had consistent issues others had such as streaming was flawless but on demand buffered like hell. Glad it's over with now.

Yea I had a couple of stutters when watching SummerSlam 2 weeks ago but nothing like what I had when watching Survivor Series from 2002. With Summer Slam it was like once an hour, so 4 times total. And with Survivor Series, which was like 3 hours long it was 5 or 6 times an hour so 15 or 18 times total and it was like 30 seconds in between each other. So I stopped watching the older stuff and went for the newer stuff like Takeover from the Saturday before SummerSlam and 2011 MITB and neither in the times before I fell asleep I never saw any buffering in them.
