Yep I same way Shiz. Whenever I’m watching anything I can’t skip anything. If I’m watching Netflix, Hulu, the Network, etc while going to sleep, the next time I watch I have to get the last moment I remember before falling asleep. It can kind of be a pain in the *** but I need to do it.

      2. I've been skipping a few Raws/Smackdowns, moreso after Austin turned heel. Once I get thru this angle, I'll probably skip ahead to at least the buildup to WM19 and go from there.
Damn my job...I'm doing good to be able to watch a few videos during my break with the service being a little harder inside.

In just a 24 hour span, JR with 2 of his more memorable calls:

"The caskets on fire! The caskets on fire!" at the Rumble. And then on Raw the next night....."Tyson and Austin! Tyson and Austin!"

About to get in to February 98, on the road to wrestlemania!

          Worse hairstyle ...

HBK at WM11 or HBK at WM19?

A 1989 mullet in 1995 vs the "Bret ruined my hair" AJ circa 2016 length.

Austin turning his back(once again)on his fans and Team WWF and joining The Alliance...lost a lot of respect for him at that point. Like a LOT.

Sidenote? When were Triple H and Stephanie faces in 99/00? You just mean their different face runs during that time or you talking about them together?

I think it's a little bit later. No one is for sure WHEN it started between the two of them, but it was going on for at least a year before Chyna found out. According to her, around the time she was feuding with Lita for the Women's title is when she found a love letter from Stephanie to Triple H that was dated from the previous year. That feud was in 2001 right before she was gone in like May or June if I'm not mistaken.
Was this when they sent home after she found out or was she gone for something else at this point? I read on Wikipedia that her match with Lita was her last match in WWF but didn't know if she left immediately right after because of that or if it was something else.

After watching some attitude era stuff, does anyone else feel like Shane's mic skills have fallen off a cliff? He was great back then but he seems so uncomfortable talking when I see him now on Smackdown

I chalk it up to him being a heel back then vs being a face, now.

It just has to be the scripted stuff. So many people come back and mess up. Basically doing live acting instead of improv.

I feel like Shane has the ability to go out and cut an unscripted promo if he wanted to. It's probably the vanilla, white meat babyface character that he's playing more than anything

Weird seeing Shamrock getting some of biggest pops to start raw in 98. Also, teams like DoA and Los boriquas are proof that not everything in attitude era was good.

Speaking of which, that NWA story I don't really care about, Jarrett as the star and NWA champ? Though just feel like if WWE did whatever the modern day version of that is, Internet fans would love it.

But Nations tension, Austin-Tyson and Kane-Taker stuff has been great.

Why go off script and improv when enough people are gonna watch the show regardless of whether talent takes chances or not? Safe and boring promos have equalled record profits and Wrestlemanias in football stadiums every year. There's no reason to change. Titantic hasn't hit the iceberg yet.

Itll just make for a better product. If you just give them bullet points and let them fill in the rest on their own, the cream will rise to the top.

Heel '97 Bret Hart always makes me wonder what could've been if he had been a heel to begin with.
