Forbidden Door 2 with the roster now, would be worth it. Like you said though, hopefully they don't sell out in minutes.
Jays play the As that weekend too, I'd imagine tickets would be cheaper/more available for that than any other weekend game they have.

Availability and price is probably going to be my deciding factor in if I go.

If it costs over $100 for the upper level, I'm not going to bother. As much as I wanted to go to Dynamite last year, when I saw the prices were more expensive than the Raw I went to a few months prior,I didn't bother.

      Re: AEW Off-Topic

I just bought a ticket to Double or Nothing off Ticketmaster which was a resale ticket. Yet AEW has tickets on sale through AXS but only seats I get there are in the 200 section. Same price as that on Ticketmaster got me Section 11.

Now I'm trying to figure out if I need to buy another ticket off AXS just to be safe. I'll be good right? I don't want to sit in the 200 section lol.

Just signed up for the MLSE Insider to get the presale code for Wednesday before Forbidden Door goes on sale to the general public on Friday. Hopefully the presale on Wednesday won't be too bad.

AEW + Forbidden Door + Toronto

Like the saying goes in Toronto, if you're not in line already, you're too late.

I don't care about getting the best seats. I have a specific row I want to sit (row 1 in the 300s), I'm hoping I can get that at the very least.

Either behind the hard cam or straight away from the stage. I wonder what the view would be of the stage from the 300s. Hopefully the lighting structure doesn't block it.

What section would be best to sit? I know you mention 300 but is that too far?

It really depends what view you want.

I'd never get floor seats though unless you're taller than most people.

Yeah, I'm 6'2" and make sure to wear my shoes that give me another 2" if I am ever doing floor seats for anything...lol.

Now, whenever I go with my wife I make sure we never have floor seats unless we are front row. 5"1" with floor seats is miserable a majority of the time, and I went to a Smackdpwn last year with floor seats, and my 5'9" friend was blocked on a regular basis.

I always try to do the first or second row after the floor seats. They are the best seats imo for any kind of event.

That's what I did for SD in the summer. I got the best non floor seats, hopefully it's fun.

One thing I learned from the last show (I was sitting in a section near the aisle/entrance to the floor seats) which is probably unavoidable is that fans going to/from floor seats do so all show long. Not like sports where you can only do so during breaks in play.

Got annoying trying to watch stuff and people would constantly be walking around.

Elevator shoes? May I ask where you got them as being short myself, always wanted to try them to see if they make a difference or if people notice. They would have helped me at NXT Vengeance Day with the floor seats I had. Being short sucks, especially if you are a guy.

I wouldn't say elevator shoes, they could be described as platform, though.

I have two recommendations. The ones I have are the Chuck Taylor All-Star Lugged 2.0. They give a solid 2" height increase. I think they look cool, lol. I wear a size 14 shoe, and they are the most comfy for me.

My other recommendation would be the heel inserts for the soles of your feet. Just put them in your normal everyday shoe. My said buddy who is 5'9" has a pair of those he wears on occasion and the one he has is around a 3" boost. Good for crowd events.

Been waiting for a while now, I'd imagine bots got in line too.

Either way, over 2000 people in line ahead of me despite joining the line 20 minutes ago? So much for a shot at decent seats.

Might not go unless I get seats in a specific row, because at that point I'd rather just watch on tv over sitting somewhere I didn't envision.

I got in the 300s. They went for $90! I paid maybe $30 more for 100 level for Smackdown this summer and it's one of closest rows before floor seats. WWE is turning into better value than AEW.

Ticketmaster app gave me issues all day. It kept telling me my payment info was wrong when it wasn't. I finally got home from work and was able to secure a ticket. If Ticketmaster worked properly this morning, I would have been in the 100 section but now I'm in 302.

I'm surprised 302 was still available.

Seats around that part of the venue went faster than almost anywhere else in the 300s.

I'm just a few sections over.

Yeah I may try to get 100 section again once they go on sale on Friday to the general public or through resale. Now I just have to book my flight and hotel for that weekend.
