    He definitely has.

There is for sure way more recent incidents, but I just watched the Raw from 01 when HHH beat Jeff Hardy for the IC title.

The camera didn't show HHH get the pin or even hit the pedigree, it spent the entire time showing Austin on the stage.

I'm sure that job is hard, but seems like way too often, not just wrestling specific, but sports, they focus too much on reaction shots or something else and miss a big moment. Replaying the moment after the fact doesn't make up for it.

But that moment was on them. They were even using the split screen, so they could've just kept it on that, but they kept switching from split screen to single shot, to split screen, and missed the moment.

Looking at the Full Gear card, it really feels AEW is having the same issue WWE has with not having particularly unique matches because everyone wrestles on TV all the time. Problem is AEW is doing actual PPVs, while WWE isn't pretending to anymore. Nearly all the matches feel like they could be on Dynamite/Rampage.

That's why AEW needs more stipulations/fallout from match results.

What's the difference between a 15 min match on TV vs a 20 min match on PPV? Both have the same end result.

Good to see Darius Martin back. Hope this guy can finally catch a break from the injury bug.

              And AR Fox can go.

This is a change from the norm…ending the night with a promo.

They need more of their big feuds to start and end the show with a promo opposed to another 15-20 minute match to close the show every week. It makes sense to do that with the MJF & Moxley feud, really hope AEW regains momentum after Full Gear with MJF's title run. It feels like they lost momentum at the same time Triple H took over and WWE started picking up momentum.

The Elite vs Death Triangle for the Trios Tag Title should be a good match, just hope Tony doesn't go back and put the titles back on The Elite right away. That's where he messed up the whole Moxley/Punk thing for All Out, Moxley won the unification only to give the title back to Punk at All Out. Have to wonder what Punk's future will be now that we know The Elite will be back Saturday.

                    Re: AEW Dynamite Thread

AEW Dynamite falls to lowest viewership number since June 2022 ahead of Full Gear.

The November 16th 2022 edition of AEW Dynamite, which was the go-home edition prior to Full Gear, drew 818,000 viewers with a 0.28 rating in the 18-49 demo. This week saw a drop of 112,000 viewers from last week’s show which drew 930,000 viewers.

“This was the least-watched Dynamite in total and P18-49 viewership in the normal time slot since June. Dynamite was outranked among cable originals by two NBA games on ESPN and Sportscenter following the late game, according to Showbuzz.”

                        Same with WWE.

People talk about wanting certain things back from the past, that's something I want. It's not even about a specific kind of feud or edgy story/moment, just the overall structure was good.

You'd have a 10-15 min promo to start the show and set the tone.

The show ends with another promo which builds a story and leaves you wanting more.

Wrapping up the show in a bow with some 15 minute match that just closes the show with no aftermath doesn't usually do that.

All wrestling has become boring/uninteresting IMO and I feel like Tony Khan made a big mistake purchasing ROH because AEW's trend downwards probably coincides with whenever he decided to keep having ROH stuff on AEW TV.

It definitely didn't help. Rampage seeming irrelevant, in spite of it including AEW regulars and storylines, also added to the overall feeling of mediocrity and unspecialness (for lack of an actual word) throughout.

Personally, I would like to see Khan shut down ROH and instead, create an actual developmental brand similar to NXT because there's a lot of wrestlers who need more time and experience. Doubt this happens but it's what I would like to see happen.
