Jericho knew what he was doing saying those WWE names lol. Better to ask for forgiveness than for permission. And for the TV audience, hearing someone's new name is always a liitle bit of an awkward/lame thing at first anyway.

Not that i have an issue with that. I just hope Vince isn’t too petty.

I'd think they would have either needed to blur out faces or gotten permission to show all those WWE talents.

Which again is stupid cause they are all "independent contractors" on both show should be allowed to "appear" on either show.

Most of those pics looked like just regular social media pics. Only one I was surprised at was the SD tag title pic with Rowan. If WWE actually had a problem with any pic, it would be that one. I'd imagine they'd have no legal case against AEW showing a pic of him with Rollins or Becky or Big E or anyone, whether it be backstage or in public, simply from using social media pics.

If they used a pic like the SD tag title one to hype up Brodie after his debut, or to show after he retired, WWE for sure would step in. But I'm sure even a "soulless billion dollar corporation" would lighten up regarding a pic shown in a tribute video after he died.

Side note about the tribute video, Tony Khan mentioned how he bought the rights 'in perpetuity' for the song used in the tribute video.

Beautiful tribute. Kudos to AEW for putting it together. Really felt like a unifying moment for the industry.

I can almost guarantee WWE would have zero issues if they asked them to use those photos or if they just used them without asking. They’re not inhuman.

Yeah I was sports entertained by this week's Dynamite. Lot of good stuff. Nice opening tag team match. Jon Moxley returns and his promo was straight fire. His stuff sounds so real and not something scripted like what we see in WWE. I feel like Wardlow vs Jake Hager would be a match that gives Vince a boner. Two big tall guys going at it. Their match was good too as I wanted to see what Wardlow got and he was impressive. The right guy went over as Wardlow is someone to keep an eye on in the future. Brian Cage is 100 lbs more than Darby Allen. Thats what I learned from their weigh in segment.

Cody vs Matt Evan Bourne Sydal was fine for what it was. What followed was hilarious with Snoop Dogg going on the top rope to deliver a frog splash? Or whatever that was? He must have been inspired from his cousin Sasha Banks. Abadon scares me. Thought she might beat Shida but I guess not. Shida's been Champ for a long time. Lastly, great main event match. Some nice spots for sure. Not sure if this main event was better than McIntrye/Keith Lee. Loved how the show ended too. The crossover with Impact continues.

That BC teamup will be nice for however long it lasts. Especially since it involves guys in different promotions, which isn't something we see happening in wrestling over here.

The censor person for this weeks show missed every single word they meant to censor.

Speaking of which, why are they trying to censor words when it's a 14+ show? Some words are even allowed on WWE TV and they have a PG rating.

And I don't think the censors caught what Snoop said to Jericho when he was walking by, but I heard it and was surprised they let that slide.
