I can't believe that match still went on after Fenix basically brained himself. Was so concerned for him as it progressed and the ref was shouting at him at times...and then he pulls out a Canadian Destroyer and I think I've been worked.

Hope for a quick recovery, as him and Penta put on a hell of a match.

The in-ring focus stuff came from Tony Khan talking about wanting to deliver a more satisfying product in that context, having wins/losses matter, etc. Staying away from the annoying WWE philosophy of booking matches and then finding any possible way to avoid finishes.
Heh, you’re absolutely right...The same group of guys who destroyed Bullet Club.

As much as fans love the spot crazed/flipped filled matches, and often act like anyone who cant do a tope suicida or 450 splash cant wrestle, the comment Miz made on his iconic Talking Smack segment is one I think applies perfectly to wrestling.

A style like his is less entertaining, but safe. The "indy style" is dangerous.

Yep, has Miz ever missed time due to injury? Goes along with that saying “The best ability is availability”

I guess we can go back to talking about if Hangman will join the Dark Order?

Maybe the moment comes when the elite are in the ring, the dark order comes out and they start fighting, and then Hangman comes in, people thinking to help the elite, but he attacks them.

Maybe Dark Order undergoes a transformation like the Nation of Domination did. Dark Order obviously revolves around Brodie, like how original Nation was mainly Farooq and others. But soon underwent the transformation which led to the nation we all know, with Farooq,Rock,Kama,Dlo,Henry.

Maybe Dark Order adds Hangman and we see the shift happen with all those numbered people leaving? They hinted on commentary about how a guy like Silver would be better off without the Dark Order, maybe planting seeds?

Brodie,Hangman,Uno,Grayson vs The Elite coming up at Revolution or even sooner?

Ricky Starks looks like he reminds me of someone, but I'm not sure who.

Not saying this as a diss. Closest I can think of is beavis and butthead for some reason, but even that doesn't feel like it.

              Spoiler
              IN AEW! THATS HUGE!

That Cody/Brandy/Jade promo was insane and especially so intense and it was great.

Next week should be interesting, going to Las Vegas to celebrate Jericho's 50th! I just don't know if Chris should attend his own party next week given what happened to him the last time there was a celebration in Vegas.

Speaking of too soon, why is Moxley vs Omega for the Title happening on TV, not being saved for Revolution?

Doesn't mean the TV match will end clean. Maybe Hangman comes in and costs Omega?

But AEW does care about TV ratings, so you want to have some big matchups on TV.

Just had a chance to listen to Miro/Rusev on Jericho's podcast and it's pretty funny. The stories he tells are great, and it leaves zero doubt as to why Lana is being put through a table every weak lol. Pettiness and spiteful BS.

The worst part about it is it might to lead to a major singles match involving Brandi. But yeah it felt very WWE cringe and rehearsed.
