    Re: AEW Dynamite Thread

No complaints here from what went down last night. Omega and Callis are a great pairing and will be interesting to see what the Impact Wrestling crossover winds up being.

Moxley loses but is protected and can chase Omega for the title, all the way to the next PPV.

Seeing Sting made me smile. Needed a moment like that.

Fun show as always. Not the cross promotion stuff I was expecting with Impact, but I'll take it. Already have NWA, why not Impact, and then NJPW down the line. The four horsemen of non-WWE (they mentioned Okada and Suzuki multiple times so NJPW seems inevitable).

Sting I could take or leave, but it was a cool moment for sure.

Something I never thought of before.

Sting came in after the Darby/Cody match.

Cody is involved with that Shaq story.

Maybe Sting ends up involved as well? How big would that be for AEW to attract people by getting Sting on Inside the NBA.

Right, we're talking about a guy that has a multitude of lower body injuries, has been way past his prime for sometime now (12 years?) & would want to get over on anyone he faces.

Well, at least it'll give Lance Archer something to do. Boy, his signing has been a huge, huge flop thus far. Should have stayed in Japan where they at least used him.

Maybe it'll just be some cross - promotional stuff & Shaq won't get physical with anyone one?

Didn't he drop out of the match with Big Show because Show got in way better shape than he did?

It's not the match I care about, it's the promos.

You like hearing a man that sounds like he has a mouth full of marbles?

(Full disclosure: I have a similar speaking problem like Shaq, but I'm not a public figure with 25+ years of television appearances like him.)

Shaq is entertaining even if he makes no sense.

They're bringing him in for the same reason WWE brings in celebrities. To get eyeballs and attention.

Cody: *Marking out for standing in the same ring as Sting for the first time*

Sting: I'm not here for you, *Points to Darby in the Stands*

I absolutley love how AEW uses the legends to help prop up the new talent of today. Sting working with Darby has got my attention.
