Hayter really needs a new look for her own good. It gives off way too much of a "Becky Lite" look which would obviously lead to unfair comparisons for her.

Nigel on Collision: Dax, I'm not a wrestler anymore. I'm retired, just like your hair.

Dynamite allegedly drew in 500k viewers on Max alone.

They do about 700k on tv, so actually getting 1.2m viewers if those numbers are legit is huge.

WWE does about 3m globally which I still find is low, but I really wonder how many fans they lost because of the Netflix move, as the older audience likely didn't fully move over to Netflix, which has been one thing I hate about going to streaming is no "basic option" to watch.

I love the Netflix streaming because the video/audio is better than when I watched on tv, and it's easier to skip parts of the show than I thought it'd be, but as we're seeing with AEW, having a streaming service AND cable tv option allows for the best of both worlds.

HBO Max has 120m subscribers compared to 90m for Netflix in Canada/US.

So not only do they reach a bigger audience on streaming, they also provide a cable tv option too.

That 1.2 million total viewers sounds like absolute BS, Maj.

From my understanding the streaming services don't make their viewership numbers readily available.

I think the WWE viewership is hurt on Netflix since it still isn't available in all markets. I went to visit my parents in the Dominican Republic in March. RAW wasn't available in their market (caribbean islands?) and it could be like that elsewhere too.

The Netflix numbers are weird though because these numbers include places like India (and maybe China too?)

You're telling me that countries with over a billion people don't bring in even a few hundred thousand fans (and even that is a low number).

All depends how many made the jump, but I know WWE in Canada alone was in the 6 figures for tv viewers. So between USA and Canada alone the numbers would be around 2m.

So something funny happened on MAX tonight when it was airing Collision. At some point, the feed cut off during the show and Max started showing a movie..... Black Adam.

Which is where the funny part comes in because the idea Rock is messing with AEW by shutting their show off to air one of his movies is hilarious. Also... Travis Scott to dethrone Jon Moxley confirmed?

Triple H living rent free in Will Ospreay's head. He can't stop talking about WWE in interviews and he did the Triple H spit water spot lol. Dude either regrets not going to WWE or he's showing why WWE didn't overpay him to keep him away from AEW.

                  Ospreay just broke wrestling!

Turns out all these moments with security at ringside during big confrontations, all you had to do was ask politely and the security just walks away!? Does anyone else know you can do that!?

I wouldn't call what he did a shot at HHH or copying the water spit spot.

So am I the only one thinking AEW Women's Tag Team Titles are coming? We can debate whether AEW needs more championships or not but I'd be ok with AEW having Women's Tag Titles if it means it makes WWE take their Women's Tag Team championships more seriously.

I swear, if you just watched these Anarchy In The Arena matches every year, you wouldn't know that AEW has fallen off at all. They are always so great, and are true to the original 2019 AEW vibes. The sense of humor to it, and everything.

They're playing Bodies for Anarchy in the Arena!

Besides being a great song (2000s alternative rock/rock/metal songs fit wrestling so well), it makes me think of when WWE used this for ECW during the invasion. I never watched ECW, but I always think of ECW when I hear this song because of the invasion.

Not that I think WWE or AEW should do it regularly, but I do wonder what a wrestling match or show would sound like with background music the entire match. Would give it an arcade/video game feeling for sure in a good way, and I think it could actually come off real well.

We have music for most of a basketball game, parts of baseball, all of lacrosse, wonder how it would fit for a wrestling show.

Honestly, AEW has been good for a while. They haven't rebounded fully but they are putting out a good product. It's a shame more people aren't actually watching because they are missing out.

Hangman, Swerve & Ospreay just had a killer promo segment to open up AEW Dynamite, and I love the continuity of Hangman & Swerve always hating each other. Ospreay trying to get them on the same page to end the Death Riders and both of them refuse to work with the other. That segment alone proved why Moxley should have lost the AEW World Championship a long time ago, too many other good wrestlers and characters that are more interesting and appealing to watch over Moxley. At this point, Moxley should just go back to WWE and finish the Shield Story with Rollins & Reigns, he serves no purpose in AEW anymore beyond dropping the title to Hangman at AEW All In Texas.

I don't think he'll ever go back to WWE as an active competitor. The violent type of fighting he gets to do in AEW is the stuff he likes and won't get to do that in WWE.

As for Swerve/Hangman, I could see All In ending like a certain Owen Hart moment. WM10 to be exact.

Hangman beats Mox and the locker room comes out to celebrate, and we just get Swerve come out at the end

Um... Mercedes, I hate to break it to you but a boss and CEO are the SAME EXACT THING, you know kinda like Mercedes Mone is just the Sasha Banks character with a different name. If anything, she's the Charlotte Flair of wrestling because she's had the same character with no tweaks to it for the past decade or so.
