I think Elias & Ezekiel broke Kevin Owens. Here's KO going on a rant about Solo's name.

I love whenever The Judgement Day cuts a promo together because just waiting on Dom to speak gets me laughing every single time. And tonight is another prime example.

Part of me is watching his face to see how he's handling it because I still think he's getting used to all the boos and I'm glad he has the group with him to keep him on task. If he was out there by himself....hooo boy.

But the other part of me loves it purely because this character shouldn't be working but it is and that makes me happy for him. Every time he starts and stops during his talking bit to react to the crowd gets me laughing every single time. I don't know what that feeling is like having all those people booing or cheering for you and I never will, but man.

Some thoughts on this week's RAW. Just an average show even with the Draft. I kinda stopped taking the Draft seriously because the WWE will find a way to allow superstars to hop brands. Nice opening segment with Rollins and Heyman. It really seems like the company is setting up Solo Sokoa to be a big star in the future. He's been main eventing a lot of shows lately. Bayley and Kai defeating Liv and Racquel in a non Title match means we are going to get a Title match soon.

We still haven't found out why Brock randomly attacked Cody Rhodes the night after WM 39. I guess we will never know. All of Brock's segments have been quick appearances. With a Cody appearance to try to get revenge on him. Judgment Day vs LWO was a solid match although I dont understand how we can take the LWO seriously if they keep jobbing. Dominik had the biggest reaction of the night though. The crowd booed him to hell while he was trying to do his promo. Main event match between Rollins/Sikoa was good and the DQ finish made sense. Both guys can't afford to take a pinfall lost. Worst segment of the night goes to the Miz TV segment. And Omos squash matches.

The more I think about it the more I feel like Lesnar vs Cody feud is simply because they're setting up Lesnar/Cody in the WHC tournament finals or something.

Sounds silly but the thing that still sticks with me this AM is USA Network abruptly cutting at 11/10 CT to that garbage reality show. I know we didn't miss a thing because according to some folks from the other side of the pond (props to them for being up so late/early) it was just the Bloodline and KO/Sami etc continuing their brawl. Still super cringe and grating for USA to cut Graves off mid-sentence for that junk show to start at its prescribed time.

The Omos squash felt like a phoned in Vince moment

Seth and Solo was a good match with a bad ending (and see above).

Don't get why they keep booking Alpha they way they do...

              Dom getting booed was classic.

I missed commenting about SmackDown this weekend, but I have to say the draft was kind of...meh? I'm excited for the NXT call-ups and to see where they slot in. Katana and Kayden will plug right into the Womens' tag picture on Fridays. Good for both of them too after being stuck at NXT for so long. Same for Grimes. Waller is a surprise as are Odyssey Jones and Von Wagner.

IMO, it's not a major shake-up. They swapped the Womens' title holders again, la-dee-da.... Theory bringing the US Title over to Fridays is cool. Imperium on Mondays will be fun except now we won't hear Samantha Irvin's great intro for them anymore. I guess the most exciting thing will be, when they finally announce how they're doing it, is the new WHC on SD.

I wish overruns would come back. Would bring back a measure of unpredictability and more importantly, shows will actually feel live.

Right now they feel like produced video games. They don't feel like they're actively "happening." Goes a long way for immersion.

At this point being well produced and looking/feeling more fake has won out financially over everything else. If USA wanted it any different they would ask for it.

So I’m still not a fan of the design of the new World Heavyweight title, but I think I would be more on board with it if they went one of these 2 looks. I think the big black globe in the middle is what bothers me the most about it so coloring it gold would make it less jarring looking. The red rubies would make the title pop more for me too I think.

The black globe is really the thing which makes it stand out in a bad way. Other than that, the title is fine.

"Since Reigns is the champ and will be on Smackdown, a new title will be created for Raw...featuring Smackdown superstars in the qualifying tournament!"

This makes no sense to me. Only thing I can think is someone like Jey in the finals against Cody or Sami or something, so there's a slight chance the Bloodline could just take that title too and keep it hostage on SD, which gains more support for the Raw guy who beats him.
