Re: Hyperballer & DCAllAmerican WWE 2K17 Attribute Project
Question though: Are you overhauling the STRN rating as well? I noticed John Cena was 29th on the list (when sorting by current wrestlers). His STRN rating is even lower than Bray Wyatt and AJ Styles and even Nia Jax. Was there a reason to put his STRN so low?Comment

Thanks for doing this. I did this last year and it's quite a lot of work.

Clearly an oversight on our end. He'll be adjusted. Thanks for catching that.Comment

Re: Hyperballer & DCAllAmerican WWE 2K17 Attribute Project
Luke Gallows is a 79 and Big Show a 74. Another odd one to me anyway. I usually sort each column and make adjustments from there.Comment

Re: Hyperballer & DCAllAmerican WWE 2K17 Attribute Project
Gallows would have to generate more effort to lift a person than the Big Show would. Big Show rarely fights anyone in the weight range, so there is not any reason for his strength to be THAT high. at 74, he can lift just about anyone in the game.Comment

I see you made changes to personality traits.. why so? I literally just finished inputing the traits you had up a few hours ago. Lol just my luck. Are you noticing anything different with the new set?

The old numbers were based off of 2k16. This game works a little better with distinguishing different superstars as well as getting more pin attempts during matches.Comment

Remember, this is all just a first draft. The Patch may change things that may need to be readjusted. If they allow us to edit attributes below 30, then I will be making those adjustments.Comment

Re: Hyperballer & DCAllAmerican WWE 2K17 Attribute Project
So far I'm using what is on this spreadsheet. I honestly haven't noticed any difference. So I'm not sure if the ratings have to be lower. Bo Dallas is still picking up Big Show, etc.Comment

Re: Hyperballer & DCAllAmerican WWE 2K17 Attribute Project
I know there are some moves in Bo Dallas' set that are lifting moves w/o a weight detection counterpart. I'll look into it.Comment

Re: Hyperballer & DCAllAmerican WWE 2K17 Attribute Project
Example: Brock Lesner is a strong grappler. So his grappling ratings should be high to inflict more damage. However, if his move set has more arm and leg power type moves, he'll only be inflicting the arm and leg damage. And if those are low, it won't make much difference. Making adjustment to his move set last year helped out a lot.Comment

Re: Hyperballer & DCAllAmerican WWE 2K17 Attribute Project
I'm noticing a different purpose for Prideful/Egotistical personality type:
I was simming a match between Ambrose and Styles. I noticed when Ambrose would throw Styles out the ring or onto the apron, Ambrose would taunt instead of go after him. However, Styles would do the same thing to Ambrose, but would proceed to attack him outside, including an apron to ringside attack.
Ambrose - 94 Prideful (BLUE)
Styles - 90 Egotistical (RED)
Could be a coincidenceComment
