Series #15:

Game 2: The Phillies offensive woes have returned, with the team getting just three hits today against Dan Haren and friends. Hanley Ramirez collected three hits, and Adrian Gonzalez would drive in both Dodger runs on a first inning homer. The Phillies were lucky this game was even close, as Roberto Hernandez was all over the place tonight.
Game 3: The Phils must've been pretty down on themselves heading into the final game of the series. In order to avoid the sweep, all they had to do is find a way to hit Clayton Kershaw. For those who forgot, in April, Kershaw threw a complete game shutout. Like last time, Clayton would strike out 10 Phillies. After throwing three perfect innings, the boos from the Santa-haters came loud and long. Jimmy Rollins would start the fun with a solo homer in the 4th.
Into the 7th we go, the Dodgers up three. After a couple singles to start the inning, Chase Utley would come in to pinch-hit. Utley turned on a 2-1 fastball, hitting a 3-run shot off the top of the foul pole in right to tie the game. Kershaw is human, who would've known? Marlon Byrd would hit another 3-run dinger in the same inning to win the game, helping Philadelphia avoid the sweep.
