Alright. Interesting. He may have to move to PG to survive early on, and would be a great dynamite 6th man for a team as a ball handler who can score. I think his may hold him back though, especially at 2. We'll see. He's got face 10
Anyway, My Center:
Personal
First Name: Tyrone
Last Name: Marcus
Position: C
Play Style: Back To The Basket
Secondary Position (optional) N/A
College/from: Oregon, France
Birth Date: 4-19, 20
Jersey Number: 28, 19, 34
Handedness: R
Dunking Hand: R
Experience: 1 year at Oregon, 1 year in France
Personality: Expressive, he can blow up at times, and is not afraid to speak his mind. Plays with a clear angry disposition towards, well, everyone.
Play Initiator: No
Bio: Tyrone had a hard life. he grew up in Louisiana in a small town surrounded by crime. He was always the biggest buy on the block though, so nobody messed with him. But eventually his surroundings caught up to him. Before we get to that, lets talk about his senior year. He led his team to a 2A state Title, averaging 39 points, 22 boards, and 9 blocks. Now, about the crime. His best friend, and teammate, LeSean D'Angelo, was a french immigrant and found Tyrone to be his only friend. LeSean was a 6'5" shooting guard who was a 5 star prospect set to join Tyrone in Eugene. He never got there. He was killed in a drive-by shooting shortly after the end of their respective senior seasons. This angered and tampered with the emotions of Tyrone. Since the D'Angelo shooting, he has been arrested 6 times and gotten into numerous on-court troubles at Oregon. It didn't stop him from leading the Oregon team to a 33-1 record and a number one seed in the NCAA Tournament. They went on to roll through the tournament en route to winning a title, and being the only team to beat the Kurtis Holden-led UNC team in the NCAA Tournament. He averaged 19 points, 15 rebounds, and 6 blocks. Though a top 3 talent and more than NBA caliber, another arrest scared away a lot of teams. He decided to stay in school another year. Or, that was the plan. He then faced a season-long suspension over a 5th failed drug test, so he bailed to play Euro Ball. He headed to France, to honor his friend LeSean, and was dominant. It had been a long time since Euro Ball had seen a player as big and strong as Tyrone Marcus. He easily led his JSA Bordeaux squad to a national title through his sheer dominance as the best big man in all of Europe. He averaged 27 points, 17 rebounds, and 8 Blocks and won the French National Player of the Year. He was selected to the French national team as the starting Center, but they lost to the rival Spanish National Team led by Julius Goodwin and Andrell Anderson. Frustrated with the loss, in which he was ejected early for hitting the Spanish center across the face, and is set to be suspended for the first 8 games of next season. He wants an out, and with the EBA forming, he may have just found it. And since the NBA doesn't want to allow the EBA to succeed, so they have reopened their doors to him, and his talent is more than worthy of pro ball in the States.

Re: Time To Shake Things Up: A New Breed Of Dynasty: Discussion Thread
I've got another discussion topic. NBA relocations. I plan on moving the Nets and Bucks, but are there any other relocations you guys would like to see? And where do we relocate the Nets to? What would the team name be?Comment

Milwaukee Bucks become the Springfield Donuts. Or something.Comment

Re: Time To Shake Things Up: A New Breed Of Dynasty: Discussion Thread
i already decided that Milwaukee will be the Seattle Supersonics. And I want to keep Brooklyn in the North east (so they can stay in the same division, but 'm open to change if we then move a team from somewhere else to the North East).Comment

Re: Time To Shake Things Up: A New Breed Of Dynasty: Discussion Thread
Funny, my first thought was to make the Bucks the Supersonics. Then I thought, oh, he 99% has a team in Seattle already. Let's see, Brooklyn --> Hartford (Whalers/Steel)Comment

Re: Time To Shake Things Up: A New Breed Of Dynasty: Discussion Thread
The point of moving Brooklyn is so I don't have to share a city with an NBA team, since the Brooklyn Skyhawks are already there in the EBA. And Then we have the Connecticut Spirit in Hartford, so Hartford wouldn't work.Comment

Re: Time To Shake Things Up: A New Breed Of Dynasty: Discussion Thread
How about Rochester or Syracuse. That way you could throw back to the early days of basketball with either the Rochester Royals or the Syracuse Nationals. Plus you could leave them in New York. Not to mention the natural rivalry with Buffalo for who the "real" upstate NY team is.MLB: Minnesota Twins
NFL: Philadelphia Eagles
NBA: Chicago Bulls, Minnesota Timberwolves
European Football: Manchester United, Brighton & Hove Albion
NCAA: UNI Panthers, Iowa Hawkeyes

That's a huge part of it too. He's super undersized for a pro basketball player, basically at any position and has to do a lot of things well to make up for it.MLB: Minnesota Twins

If I may sneak another cap in here:
Personal
First Name: Jaylen
Last Name: Hinson (Face 6)
Position: PF
Play Style: Athletic
Secondary Position (optional): SF
College/from: (can be from another country, street baller, semi pro leaguer, amateur tourney player, or anything else you can come up with) Arizona, Utah Valley
Birth Date: (MM-DD, Age since I don't know what year it will be): 9-30, 20 years old
Jersey Number: (list 3 options) 34, 44, 54
Handedness: R
Dunking Hand: R
Experience: (Years in college, years in semi-pro, years on the Amateur Tourneys, etc.) <1 year at Arizona, 3 years at Utah Valley
Personality: (go as in depth as you'd like, but include the choice for the game: Laid Back, Neutral, Expressive, or Unpredictable) Unpredictable, has had issues in past
Play Initiator: (Yes/No) Yes
Bio: (again, as in depth as you'd like) A top prospect coming out of high school, there was a major recruiting battle for him among all of the top schools in the country before he finally settled on Arizona, however, his time at Arizona was, to say the least, troubled. After multiple issues, missed practices, altercations with teammates and academic troubles, he was kicked off the team midway through the season. Only getting three D1 offers after being kicked off the team, from CS-Northridge, UL-Monroe and Utah Valley. He decided on Utah Valley and made an immediate difference for the Wolverines scoring 22 points and averaging 10 boards a game his sophomore season and leading the Wolverines to a WAC championship, losing in Round One of the Tournament to Kentucky. His Junior season, he was even more dominant, scoring 26 and averaging 12 RPG as UVU won a second straight WAC title, this time pulling off an upset in the first round of the tournament over 6-seed Oregon State before falling to- who else?- Arizona in Round 2. It was his senior season where Hinson finally got some help in Orem, with a talented PG in Freshman Cael Dunbar and sharp-shooting SG Ian Fallwell. This led to another WAC championship, a 7-seed in the tournament and a Sweet 16 appearance... against Arizona. Led by Hinson's 28 points and 15 boards, the Wolverines up-ended the Wildcats by 12. After beating Kansas in the Elite 8, UVU finally fell in the Final 4 to UNC. Hinson was a first-team All-American two years in a row, as well as Second-Team his first year with the Wolverines.
