      Week 4 Preview

      National Broadcast Games

      Iowa State at #1 Texas
#2 Notre Dame at Michigan State *Game of the Week*
      Wisconsin at #14 Michigan
      #8 Louisville at Kentucky
      #13 Arizona State at Cal
      #20 Minnesota at Purdue
#16 Penn State at #6 Ohio State
      Colorado at #11 Georgia

      Game Preview

      Rice (0-3) at #9 Florida State (3-0)

Not much to say about this game. Completely different ends of the spectrum. Rice is 112th in scoring (13.9 ppg) with a pass offense at 117th n nation.

Keys to Victory for Rice: Florida State doesnt come to the stadium. The only chance they have is to screw me up with the 3-3-5 defense and just run the ball all over me.

Keys to Victory for Florida State:Play smart, dont get cocky and use all weapons available. Shouldnt be much of a game.

        Week 4 Recap

        Game Recap:

Florida State wins big, loses a star in the making

This game went down just as expected. Rice couldnt do anything on either side of the ball. Their offense was held to 3 complete passes all game, none in the first half. They didnt really run the ball until the backups were in. Their QB looked lost the whole game and couldnt throw a pass within 5 yards of anyone.

Florida State dominated both sides of the ball scoring at will it seemed. Their running game left a little to be desired, but Weatherford picked up the slack and aired it out to all his favorite targets. He has gone 2 games now without an interception, a good thing for the Noles. Alot of players got on the field and performed well. Not alot of stupid plays or penalties.

The lone bad spot came late in the game. With the score 40-0, Rice went to punt. Coach Johnson had put the backups in, but somehow, Antone Smith still went on the field to take the punt. It came down, he caught it and he headed for the sideline. Just as he was about to run out of bounds he was hit brutally from the side, going down in pain. The diagnosis from the training staff was not good. He broke his ribs and will be out 9 weeks. That puts him back in the lineup at the end of the year for the Florida game.

This will cause FSU to change their strategy as they dont have another proven backup like Smith. It will also affect their return game. Chris Davis looks to get the nod as the punt returner.

                      Help!!!

Alright, big problem. I live in Florida, and we had some pretty heavy storms last night. I was in the middle of recruiting in week 5 and had hit save. In the middle of it saving (i thought it was done) my power went out, turning off everything, including the PS2. I went outside, saw all the power had gone out, and after it came on a few minutes later, tried to turn my PS2 back on so i could finish up my between week stuff. But, when i go to load my dynasty, it wasnt there. I went into the PS2 browser thing, and saw it there, but it says corrupted. Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix it? If i cant fix it and start another one, will anybody read it?

If you have any ideas on how to get the dynasty back, let me know.....please.

Re: 'Noles Return To Glory (PS2 - NCAA 07 Dynasty)

Alright, i went home on my lunch break, and managed to get the PS2 working again (looksl ike one of the outlets in my house is now useless) but i can't load my dynasty file. Ive tried copying it to a different card, loading from the browser, all the tricks that i know of, and nothing works. When i get home, ill try a few more things, but it looksl ike ill have to start over.

So, with that being said, ill prolly ask to lock this thread, and start a new one. Same team, ill go through the same stuff, but im not gunna copy any of the old articles or anything, ill start from scratch.

Also, i have to go out of town on business for a week (Feb 5-9), so if you notice alot of dead time, i didnt give up, i just dont have access to the PS2. Ill try and write an "article" or two while im gone, just to maintain interest.

Does anyone have anything they want me to add, take away, or enhance? Im open to suggestions as this is the first time ive ever done this.

If i cant get my dynasty to re-open, ill see all of you on the new thread.
