Boone and Causey put in layups then Givens tips in a rebound and Hammond sinks a hook to tie the game, 4-4, with 15:00 remaining. Warden drains a runner then after Pleick buries a 3pter and a turnaround jumper, Foye drops in a layup on a fast break. Becker and Asseo swish hooks then after Givens nails a short turnaround jumper and Zoric hits a 3pter, Boone makes 1 of 2 free throws to pull Old Dominion to within five, 16-11, halfway through the opening half. Causey sinks a jumper and converts a 3-point play then after Causey slams in a dunk on a fast break, Wright banks in a layup on a fast break to tie the game. Asseo cans a hook then Ray tips in a rebound and Ebong banks in a layup to give the Monarchs a six point lead, 24-18, with under 5:00 left. After Becker knocks down a hook, Old Dominion has a 7-3 lead with just over 15:00 remaining. Warsaw banks in a jumper and after Causey makes two free throws, Becker sinks a hook. Causey buries a jumper then Boone and Causey put in layups on fast breaks to give the Monarchs a 12-point lead, 17-5, halfway through the first half. Warsaw drops in a hook and Chatman makes a pair of free throws then after Chase banks in a layup, Grizzard buries a jumper. Lett slams in a dunk on a fast break and after Causey and Matera trade jumpers, Stephenson hits a 3pter. Asseo sinks a turnaround jumper then after Stephenson banks in a hook, Lett jams in a dunk on a fast break to give Old Dominion an 8-7 lead with 15:00 remaining. Boone banks in a layup and after Causey converts a 3-point play, Stephenson tips in a rebound. Boone drills a 3pter and Becker tips in a rebound then after Lett stuffs in a dunk on a fast break, Bass nails a short jumper. After Lett makes two free throws, the Monarchs lead by 11, 22-11, halfway through the first half. Matera buries a turnaround jumper and Latovic puts in a layup then after Causey knocks down a jumper, Causey makes two free throws. Dunnington sinks a 3pter and Stephenson slams in a dunk on a fast break to pull Northeastern to within six, 26-20, with 5:00 left. Dunnington drops in a layup and Schwartz cans 1 of 2 free throws then Dickey tips in a rebound and drains 1 of 2 free throws to give Old Dominion a 14-point lead, 55-41, with 5:00 left. Paulding lays in a rebound and Ray puts in a layup on a fast break then Lalugba tips in a rebound in the closing seconds as the Monarchs coast to the victory to end the regular season as CAA champions and get a first round bye in the CAA postseason tournament.

First Half
Causey drops in a turnaround jumper and after Warsaw and Becker trade layups, Warsaw banks in another layup. Boone banks in a short jumper and Lett slams in a dunk on a fast break then after Warsaw tips in a rebound, Boone banks in a short jumper to give Old Dominion a 10-6 lead with just under 15:00 remaining. Causey sinks a jumper and after Warsaw makes two free throws, Warsaw buries a short turnaround jumper. Becker tips in a rebound then after Warsaw banks in a hook and Chatman puts in a layup on a fast break, Boone nails a 3pter. After Warsaw hits a short fallaway jumper, James Madison pulls to within one, 17-16, halfway through the first half. Chatman and Lamptey drain runners to give the Dukes the lead and after Causey nails a jumper, Hoyer tips in a rebound to give James Madison a three point lead, 22-19, with under 5:00 left. Grizzard and Chatman trade jumpers then Petrauskas drops in a layup on a fast break to give the Dukes a five point lead as we head to halftime. James Madison's Warsaw leads all scorers with 14 points and Boone leads Old Dominion with 7.

Second Half
Fellers makes 1 of 2 free throws and after Asseo sinks a hook, Warsaw puts in a layup. Causey buries a jumper and Becker banks in a hook to pull Old Dominion to within a basket, 29-27, with 15:00 remaining. Warsaw banks in a layup then after Asseo drains a hook, Barrett lays in a rebound. Boone banks in a layup and Lett lays in a rebound to tie the game, 33-33, midway through the second half. Lett slams in a dunk on a fast break and after Causey and Boone knock down jumpers, Fellers sinks a 3pter. Dickey converts a 3-point play then Pleiness drops in a layup to pull the James Madison to within four, 42-38, with 5:00 left. Petrauskas drills a 3pter and after Lett banks in a jumper, Lett and Warsaw trade layups. With 28.3 seconds to go, the Dukes start fouling and with 25.5 seconds to play, Causey makes two clutch free throws to ice the game.
