Yea I went to the Hawaii playbook and I've been using my speed to spread the defense. I just let my guys run around.

Yea for some reason I HAVE to keep track of all that stuff. Dynasties have ruined sports games for me. I feel like I have to keep track and post my progress!

This is not dead but Halo 3 and NBA 2K8 are going to slow down this thread quite a bit.

Yeah I feel ya. I wish I saved all of my info for my PS3 USF dynasty. Once I switched back to the 360 I deleted it all.

I've tried to do it for NBA games but the season is too long. I will definately be starting one up next week for FIFA & probably College 2K8 since the season is shorter

If you notice I'm doing 29 game seasons in my NBA Association. I feel like you can do this in basketball because the game is based off averages, not numbers like baseball. 30 PPG vs. 50 Home runs

Good point. I feel 162 games is way to long to play a baseball season, but since the stats are out of whack, it does not feel realistic to play with anything less than 162 games. With basketball, the stats are PPG, RPG, FG percentage, and so on, and like you stated, they're all averages.

I played the 4th game of 2011 but let me tell you, it's HARD to get back into this game at all. NBA 2K and Halo 3 are a lot more fun at the moment. Plus it felt like the game took forever.

take some time off then come back to it, it'll feel better once it's fresh again. My problem was I just couldn't accept the game for what it was - a half finished product, so I'm trying my best not to look like EA and continue my dynasty report.

Yeah, I took a 2 week long break from this game back in late August, but now I'm back into it and loving every minute of it!

I know the feeling - well, about dynasties ruining sports games. I seriously can't have a dynasty or a franchise without feeling the need to report and tell someone about it. If I don't do it, I feel as though I'm accomplishing nothing. Just no where near as fun.

As far as Halo 3 goes, I'm enjoying playing that online too. I'm actually doing rather well. The ranking system ensures I don't get completely owned. However, I think Ray Mathis could give Master Chief a run for his money. 15 touchdowns and 3 interceptions...that comes pretty close to saving all of existance I'd say.
