      LOL

i would keep kevin faulk, he is the 2nd or 3rd best recieving back in the game behind westbrook and LT, so you can use him soley for 3rd downs to catch some balls. but you could get a 3rd/4th for him from the eagles, since thats what they did in my game

It looks good, Calais Campbell is one of the guys on mine who's a beast.

Serna actually makes kicks for you? His leg is great, but on mine he shanks 30 yarders half the time. A shame they slighted Hanson, who's a machine in reality. (Hanson actually became the Jaguar ST coach on my game, which I found funny)

my qb doesnt really ever throw to the backs. hell he doesnt ever throw to the WR/TE thats wide open. Last game, our TE was wide open(noone with in 10-15 yards of him, not kidding) and he threw it to a wr who was double covered. he overthrew him and we punted in a close game

Campbell is a BEAST. Lawrence Jackson has been injured and Camobell has stepped up. Serna is a beast too. Hanson was just terrible. We couldnt even hit a 35 yard FG. Thats how bad it was.

Ouch, boy they really didn't rate Hanson right, dude's 8-8 from 50+ in reality.

yeah tell me about it. Hanson could even get enough leg to make it to the crossbar at 40 yrds and Serna has enough leg to make it from about 55. Although both times i tried he had leg just wide a little. They really didnt rate anyone where they should be. In real life Hanson is automatic from pretty much anywhere

Re: A True Story. A tale of rebuilding the hopeless Detroit Lions!!!

After game 6 against Houston we re-signed a couple more people.
Paris Lenon: 3yrs/4.24M 500K(hes actually good in the game)
Corey Doleman: 6yrs/6.8M 1M(moved to RG and hes now starting)
                    Buckingham: 2yrs/680K 100K
                    Croxdale: 2yrs/480K
                    Drummond: 2yrs/1.2M 500K
Antrel Rolle wants a 6yrs deal for around 16M, FOR MY 4TH CB. NO WAY. Hanson is thinking about retirement since i deactivate him now. Not sure if i wanna re-sign Law or not

Game 7 vs Washington: This was aother wild game. Portis fumbled in the 4th(we returned it for a TD) to go up 35-28. Portis would tie it up at 38 all after my TD. On our next series, Woodson decides to overlook our TE(noone was within 10-15 yrds of him, im not joking) to overthrow to a WR who was double covered . We punted. We were able to actually force them to punt(our D was pretty bad in this game).Serna hits a 52 yard FG. "It was a pretty intense moment out there at that point. I knew I had the leg for the FG, but it was just a matter of putting the situation behind me and focusing." - Alexis Serna on his game-winning FG. Our D would then bend but it didnt break as we forced them to turn over on downs.
                    WON 38-35
                    Woodson: 15-26, 220yrds, 3TD, 1 INT
                    Calhoun: 30 att., 60 yrds, 1TD
                    McDonald: 6 rec., 115 yrds, 1TD
                    Roy/Johnson: 1TD ea.
                    Campbell/Lenon: 1 sack ea.
                    Andre Woodson/Pollard/Sims/Lenon: 1 FF ea.
                    Kelly/Campbell/Briggs: 1 FR ea.
                    Campbell: 1 FR TD(9 TKLs)
Calais Campbell won the NFC Defesive player of the week honors

Game 8 @ Chicago: This was very much a defensive game. Both defensive controlled the other teams offense. Down 10-7(after a Chicago FG with under a minute left) Woodson did this, "Detroit is down 10-7 with about 26 seconds left. Woodson takes the snap; waits.... HE HITS SHAUN MCDONALD OVER THE MIDDLE! MCDONALD BREAKS A TACKLE AND GOES FOR THE TOUCHDOWN!!! CAN YOU BELIEVE IT! WOODSON HAS JUST WON THE GAME WITH A 76 YARD TD TO SHAUN MCDONALD. WOW FOLKS, JUST WOW." - ESPN highlight clip from the game. Thats right Woodson to McDonald for the winning touchdown as time expired. "It was an amazing win. I just had to hope for the line to protect me just long enough, and they did. We had practiced that play, just never thought it would come to that. My hats of to Shaun for breaking that tackle." - Andre Woodson on the game-winning TD."
                    WON 14-10
                    Woodson: 13-27, 237 yrds, 2TD, 1 INT
                    Calhoun: 25 att., 59 yrds
                    McDonald: 4 rec., 123 yrds, 1TD
                    Roy W.: 5 rec., 79 yrds, 1TD
                    Briggs/Campbell: 3 sacks ea.
                    Sims: 2 sacks, 10 TKL
                    Lenon: 1 sack, 9 TKL
                    Hamlin: 1 INT

Thats was a great game. I had already written down that we had lost, not thinking Woodson would make that throw let alone McDonald catch it then break a tackle. I was on the edge of my seat had he caught that. Bout had a heart-attack when he scored.

Re: A True Story. A tale of rebuilding the hopeless Detroit Lions!!!

Game 9 vs Jaguars: He strikes again!!!
Late in the 3rd Alexis Serna missed a 47 yard FG after the ball hit the pole. We forced them to punt thankfully. We were held to a 56 yard FG attempt. Serna makes it to tie it. Their next series, MJD fumbled the ball, Calais Campbell recovers it and takes it in for a TD to put us up 27-20. They would score with :45 seconds left. On the kickoff, Drummond would fumble the ball after getting roced. The booth reviewed the play, and it was overturned. And thats when woodson stikes. We were down to about 20 seconds left when we take a shot down the field, but was incomplete. BUT they received a pass interferane call and we got the ball moved to the 49 yard line. Woodson takes the snap; waits, steps up in the pocket, and guns it to the right sideline. Roy Williams makes the nice grab and scores the game winning TD with :06 seconds left in the game. "I dont know what it is about this kid. He just makes plays when it counts!" - Roy Williams on Andre Woodsons late game heroics.
                      WON 34-30
                      Woodson: 15-32, 248 yrds, 2TD, 1 INT
                      Calhoun: 30 att., 66 yrds, 1TD
                      Roy/Johnson: 1TD ea.
                      Campbell/Lenon; 1 sack ea.
                      Campbell: 1 FR TD
                      Hamlin: 5TKL, FF

Garrard lit us up all day long. Throwing for 454 yards. Our D stopped MJD only allowing him 31 yards.

I dont know what it is about Woodson. He makes the big plays. I thought for sure we were gonna lose. Hes like the next John Elway in the sense with all his 4th quarter come backs. We are now 8-1, believe it or not!!! And Calais Campbell already has 15 sacks on the year. And theres still 7 games left. Can anyone say Defensive player of the year and rookie of the year?
Calais Campbell was named the NFC defensive Player of the Week.
