    Tigers Making Moves..

After a couple of more wins, the LSU Tigers have gained position in the polls. Recently ranked #22, the Bayou Bengals are now up to #16 in the nation.

"We have a solid team, everybody's seeing that now," commented sophomore guard Tack Minor. "We aren't going down easy."

The Tigers take on McNeese State in their next contest, a game which should boost their ranking even higher.

                Looking nice Kredit.

The color codedness is all spiffy.

I think I'm gonna change my half length to 12, 15 was too much for me.

Rashaad Carruth can play some ball. Playing in the conference USA, I'm scared of Francisco, Reggie Bryant and Corey Santee, but I heard Carruth can really play.

                            LSU @ Houston

LSU traveled to Houston, Texas to take on the Cougars; a rising power in the Conference USA.

Starting out, this contest was very close. The Tigers came in, perhaps overconfident, and didn't seem to be all there. Houston was hitting shots from everywhere on the floor, and LSU was struggling to keep pace. Brandon Bass was a force on the block, and Tack Minor added outside scoring. However, their efforts couldn't keep the Tigers from being down at the half.

The second half was also very close. Bass and Minor continued to hook up for scores, but Andre Owens was huge for Houston. Hitting three after three, shot after shot, and making play after play, Owens and Co. was just too much for the undefeated Tigers. In the end, the Cougars put an end to LSU's unblemished record with the final score 74-72.
