        Nick Williams is having a career season, and proving he may be NBA material. The senior guard had another strong game scoring 26 points, grabbing 4 steals and hitting 4 three pointers. Williams leads the NCAA in three pointers made. As for the game, Cincinnati dominated the paint and fast break giving them the 80-67 win over Southern Miss.


        Roy Bright hits the jumper, he had 6 points.

            Cincinnati improved to 24-3 and 10-2 in the C-USA after getting the win at home against the Blazers 98-58 last night. Jihad Muhammad led the Cats with 26 points and both Armein Kirkland and Nick Williams added 17 points. The Bearcats also got 38 points off the bench which helped in the blowout.


            Cincinnati fans were going crazy all night in the 98-58 win.

                Travis Diener put up 42 points, hit 8 three pointers and dished out 11 assists, but still his Golden Eagles fell 91-84. Jihad Muhammad led the Bearcats with 26 points for the second straight game and James White added 21 in the win. With the win Cincinnati improved to 25-3 and stay a game ahead of Memphis in the C-USA standings.

                    Four players for Cincinnati were in double digits in scoring, three of them came off the bench. Nick Williams led the Cats in scoring with 25 points, but the story was the bench play. Kirkland's 18 points, Bright's 13 and Moore's 11 gave the starting five the opportunity to sit and rest. Eric Hicks also was big off the bench scoring 6 points and grabbing 13 boards as Cincinnati picked up win number 26, 96-60.


                    Chadd Moore scored 11 points and had 3 steals.

                      Four players for Cincinnati were in double digits in scoring, three of them came off the bench. Nick Williams led the Cats in scoring with 25 points, but the story was the bench play. Kirkland's 18 points, Bright's 13 and Moore's 11 gave the starting five the opportunity to sit and rest. Eric Hicks also was big off the bench scoring 6 points and grabbing 13 boards as Cincinnati picked up win number 26, 96-60.


                      Chadd Moore scored 11 points and had 3 steals.

                                Cincinnati defeated the Tulane Green Wave last night by 51 points, their second largest victory this season, they defeat East Carolina by 52. Armein Kirkland led the Cats with 19 points off the bench and is by far the front runner for the C-USA Sixth Man award this year. Also, for the fourth straight game the Bearcats shot 48% or higher from the field.


                                Armein Kirkland goes up for the layup, he had 19 points.

                                The Bearcats did not commit a single turnover, but forced Tulane to commit 28, including 26 steals which led to 47 points. The Bearcats bench also had another 50+ point game, getting 51 points, after getting 55 last week against TCU. The Bearcats bench which scored 51 points, outscored the whole Tulane team. Cincinnati had the lead 48-32 at halftime, but in the second half held the Green Wave to only 10 points, and finished the game on a 45-9 run. Cincinnati will finish the regular season Saturday at Memphis, the Tigers are ranked at #18 in the country and are 23-7.
