        SEAHAWKS GAMEDAY

        (8-3) (8-3)

        Week 12
        Seattle, WA

        GAME NOTES:

        Injured: None
        Key Players:

QB, Chris Leak- 1,130 Passing YDS, 10TD

RB, Shaun Alexander- 954 Rushing YDS, 10 Total TD
CB, Antrel Rolle- 54TCKL, 7INT; Team Leader in Both
Safties- Michael Boulware/Ken Hamlin- 101TCKLS Between Them

        Injured:FB, Verron Haynes (OUT)
        Key Players:
        QB, Trent Green- 2,097YDS, 14TD, 14INT
RB, Priest Holmes- 1,371Rushing YDS, 12TD
        TE, Tony Gonzalez- 44REC, 348DYDS
        LB, Shawn Barber- 81TCKL

Seattle plays an offensive powerhouse in the Kansas City Cheifs. They have a solid combination of passing, rushing, and receiving. With Priest Holmes on their team, Seattle is not guaranteed a victory. If they can build a strong early lead, then they force the Chiefs to forfeit the running game.

Expect a shootout with it coming down to he wire.

                    Seattle Secondary- 19INT

Injured: RB, Chester Taylor (OUT); SS, Derrick Gibson (OUT)
                    Key Players:
QB, Kerry Collins- 74.5 QB Rate, 14TD, 13INT

                    LB, Napoleon Harris- 96TCKL

"Da Raiduhs" are a minimal threat to Seattle. However, with the horrendous perfromance from Leak in week 13, and with the Raiders secondary, there is no guarantee for a win. Seattle does not have to worry about Oakland's running game, with Chester Taylor out with an injury. They do, however, have to watch for Teyo Johnson, their leading receiver as well as Napoleon Harris, their linebacker who seems to have be in on every play.

If Seattle can establish a running game, they should come away with the win.

Seattle travels to Detroit, to play the 3-10 Lions. With Detroit's leading rusher and Carlos Rogers out, this should come to no surprise WHEN the Seahawks win. The only problem is by how much, and if the secondary can hold their own after their ugly performance in week 14.

This could get messy, with Seattle firing from all cylinders.
